"I returned mine. The bow has no stopping point for full draw and would not be legal for my 10 year old to hunt with because of low draw weight.
2009 is the year of the youth bow. Check out all the manufacturers the introducing some nice set ups that grow with your kid."

"This is a nice bow, but the draw is too long for my 8year old grandson. He has trouble pulling it back far enough for the arrow to reach the target (25 feet). Arms are not long enough. He loves it though, and will grow into it. It works fine for the 10 yr old. I reduced the tension of the draw a good bit. I like it because you can increase the tension as they get older, and it can be used as a hunting bow."

"the bow is prity good I guess, I wish it had all the components like the sights, arrow rest. but it is good for are rats,rabbit so far, I never used it for bigger game yet,are ice just moved may 26 now we can travell to are hunting grounds."

"I have one 10 year old and one 14 year old. This bow lets all 3 of us shoot the same one. It's easy enough to draw that my 10 yo has the confidence to let it fly! I can almost max out the draw, but not quite. It shoots well; it is NOT a toy! It will sink the arrows into a straw bale about 10". After shooting it for a little while, I do suggest a shooters glove. The string does make the tips of your fingers tender. This is a well built, quality bow. It's not a big game bow, but I would guess if you went after smaller critters, it would work well."

"I purchased this bow a few days ago, and it was the first bow I purchased. The bow came ready to shoot and I didn't need to do any tweaking. If you are just beginning to use a bow this is the bow you want."

"we bought this for our grandson who is 11 and we love everything about it and so does he,that said we have heard that it not a legal size to hunt with at least here in texas.we will check this out.that is the only problem with this bow and that is our fault for not checking first.thankyou"

"I am amazed at the diversity of this bow. I purchased this kit for my son's first bow. He is seven and shooting it with ease. The draw weight is easily changed and can grow with him in the future. I would recommend this kit for anyone who is looking to purchase a bow for the first time."
