Your dog is restless and full of energy, but you don't have the time to play with it. Not a problem. Paw-zzle will keep it occupied for hours. The toy is a small ball within a larger ball. Great dog toy,August 10, 2009
By jay15from Charlotte, NC
"My German Shepherd loves this ball. She goes crazy over it when I take it outside, she will not stop playing with it until I take it away from her. I would highly recommend if you purchase this product to get two or three. Over time the dog will wear the ball out"

Mastiff approved,June 22, 2009
By knuckleheadmastiffsfrom Glenn Dale, MD
"We have three English Mastiff's who LOVE these balls. They have had them for years (4 years and counting) and even though we have added new ones to their collection.... the oldest is still the favorite. My male will play "soccer" for hours on his own and everyone loves to play fetch with them. I recommend them to all my friends with larger dogs."

Excellent Toy,May 28, 2009
By AndiTfrom Nebraska
"We have two chocolate labs who will chew anything and everything we hand over to them. Unfortunately, our youngest lab has found out how to get to the inner ball on this toy and chew it up (since it's a softer plastic), so each time we buy a new one of these balls all we are left with is the outer ball. However, even without the inner ball, our dogs love playing keep away with this thing and carrying it around the yard. All we have to do is throw it once and they're entertained for a good 10-15 minutes without further interaction from us. Great for when we're busy with yardwork or have company over and we want to let the dogs run but don't want them begging for attention the entire time. We do have to replace it every so often though as the plastic gets rough around the edges of the holes which can lead to mouth injuries."

By Scal545from Bridgeton, NJ
"My yellow lab loves this ball and has had several of them! We now have a chocolate lab also! So we decided to order two new ones so they each have their own! They run around the yard and push it with their noses! It is the funniest thing! We love the ball and so does Holly and Chance! Thanks!"

How do treats come out?,April 20, 2009
By txcatbackersfrom Dallas, TX
"I like the idea of this toy and it does seem to entertain my dog for a little while, but the hole for the treats is so small that I can't figure out what to put in there. I put peanut butter on the outside of the inside ball, which he likes, but seriously - what treats to use that go inside? The hole is about 2 cm wide."

Paw-zzle,January 5, 2009
By DoggieMomma
"The dogs love this one! Very durable - they have had a LOT of fun carrying/chasing/pushing it around the house. Be warned - its noisy (the inner ball bangs around in the middle).....but keeps 3 very different pooches (ages 10years, 6 years, & 8months) entertained every time we put treats or kibble in it."

Very Happy Dog!,January 5, 2009
By Keisha12from Lehi, UT
"My dog is a HUGE chewer. He has destroyed multipule kong toys, but this toy has held up. He takes it everywhere! And plus when you do fill the center with treats, it keeps him busy for hours. But the treats are a little hard to get out again, so we just fill the dents in the inside of the ball with peanut butter. He loves it!"

Great Dog Toy!,January 2, 2009
By 30bertfrom NW Ohio
"I have had Labs for over 20+ years and now have a 2 1/2 year old Lab and she can be quite a chewer with her toys. The Paw-zzle Ball that I purchased is used daily by my dog and besides some teeth marks on the ball it is in original condition! This toy looks like it will last for a long time and in my opinion is well worth the cost of the toy. I would buy a new one every year if I had to because she has such a "ball" playing with it and I get such a kick out of watching her!"

Great entertainment for food-motivated dogs!,December 30, 2008
By BlackLabXfrom SF Bay Area, CA
"This provides a good entertainment for my 3-year-old Lab & my 1-year-old Lab mix, as they push it around trying to get the treats to fall out. I use kibble to keep it healthy. At first, they tried chewing through the outside big ball, & I was disappointed that the outside ball wasn't sturdier, as I'm sure they could have destroyed it if they really tried (my only complaint about this product). But they figured out quickly that they couldn't get to the treats that way & they never chew on it any more.
It works best outdoors because it takes longer to find the treats that fall out in the grass & bushes than it does on the smooth floors in the house. However, it is also a good indoor toy in bad weather.
I love that it's big enough that I can always find where they've left them when they're empty. Also, they're big enough so that they don't get stuck under furniture, which is also great.
In summary, we use ours almost every single day. The dogs say, Four Paws Up!"

LAB TOUGH!,December 23, 2008
By NickfromWVfrom WV
"We have a 6yr old black lab, and a 2yr old chocolate lab. Anyone who owns a lab knows there is not a dog toy on the market that a lab can't destory in a day. Kongs may last 2 - 3 days if you get the black ones, and a Nyla-bone may last a week if you're lucky. Well, this is ball is the one!! Our dogs have had this ball for over a year now, and it's still in one piece. It's covered in scratches and teeth marks, but it's still in one piece!!!"

Paw-zzle Ball,November 23, 2008
By WhyleBirdfrom Cheyenne, WY
"This is the best toy you can purchase for your dogs. We bought this for our Golden Retriever and Black Lab. All of their other toys are destroyed in less than a day, including their Kongs. This has lasted for over a year and they still love playing with it. I would recommend it to anyone with dogs."

greatest thing ever!,November 8, 2008
By barbwire43512from Defiance, ohio
"I purchased this ball from cabelas in dundee MI a few years ago and it is the best purchase i think i ever made. After going through a bunch of money trying to find a ball for my then 120pd english mastiff puppy that he did not destroy i seen the paw-zzle ball and figured why not. Now that puppy weighs in at about 200pds and is inseperable from that ball. I usually end up getting him a new one about twice a year due to loosing them in the creek and such. In fact I have to keep one on hand cause if he looses it he will not even eat till i get him a new one. He carries it around and even kicks it around and plays soccer all by himself. If you have a large dog this is the best thing you could ever get them. It is virtually indestructable and will keep them entertained."

Keeps Him Busy,October 14, 2008
By Tucker2007from Ready In KY
"We bought this ball for our 92 LB Austrailian Sheppard who has destroyed many toys before. He has met his match. He romps and stomps with this ball and can not harm it. The ball design allows him to carry it in his mouth or push it soccer style on the ground. If you have a large dog who needs something that will last this is the toy for them."

great excercise for furry kids,September 20, 2008
By rikrap
"I bought 2 of these Paw-zzle balls for my Rottwielers to play with. The cost of punctured basketballs just got to be too much. How does a dog get it's teeth around a basketball? I found these in a Cabelas in Idaho, and they are built out of thick enough plastic that, so far, they have not been destroyed. The only thing I have noticed, negatively, is when the dog is chasing the ball and they try to "grab" it to bring it back, my dog has gotten her foot caught in the holes at "high" speed and it has caused her to yelp, and limp briefly. Teethmarks in the plastic can be a little sharp, but they can carry this ball back to me, and chase it forever, and that it has lasted is impressive. My dogs love their "Paw-zzle". They have had them 3 months so far. I think the monies paid was a good value."
