"The container itself is cool, but when i bought it online it seemed like it was ready to go as is. But when i got it..it says to put a heavy duty liner in it before the pet food, but since its a half circle its a weird shape and there is nothing to attach a liner to. So..am using a trash back that has the ties at the top but it sort of defeats the purpose..of pull up lid easy access etc...because i have to untie it first to get the food out. Anyway its only been a few weeks. We'll see. It looks great on the patio though. I'm not sure if i would refer it to someone else or not."

"The Pet Food Storage Container is very nice looking, as well as Handy to have in the House. I have loved having this around the only problem i have come across is there isn't a clean container inside to put the food in, just the rough wood. so i leave the entire bag of dog food inside the box, so i don't have to worry about my dogs eating wood or getting a splinter."

"We have two Weimaraners and purchase 2 40lb bags of dog food every few weeks. We used to place the food in Rubbermaid containers and have to hide them since they weren't exactly "attractive" enough to sit out in our old farmhouse. Then while flipping through the Cabelas catalog, we saw these storage containers and HAD to have them. They are absolutely perfect for 40 lbs of dog food, and they go with decor in our mudroom so we don't need to hide them.
The food stays fresh and it is simple just to vacuum out in between each bag. We've had many visitors ask where we found them and thought they were quite neat!! A+++"
