Poor design,

"The steel carabiners intended to connect this harness to the boat are too small to fit around our boat's tow loops. I tried to connect it to several other boats at our local dealership, and it didn't fit on those either. The pulley design is cool, but probably unnecessary. I ended up returning this item, and purchasing a cheaper, simpler harness from the same maker. Then I replaced the included carabiners with steel climbing carabiners rated to 4500 lbs."

Safe towing.,

"Harness worked great. It kept the rope out of the engine when pulling a towable and when sitting idleing. I have a 22' pontoon boat and the harness was the perfect lenght to reach from one pontoon to the other keeping the tow rope out of the engine. BUT, the hooks are a little to small. They would only hook after some work, and were hard to get off."

"Tow Harness is very well designed and works great with keeping the tow rope adjusted for better pulling ability. Gives the rider of a tube a more comfortable ride and the boat does not work as hard with pulling from the center at all times. Skiing is better controlled with the harness adjusting to the outsides when outside the wake."

"THIS HARNESS WORK'S VERY WELL IT STAY'S AWAY FROM YOUR OUTBOARD VERY WELL. I HAVE IT HAD THE FIRST PROBLEM WITH IT.IT WILL ALSO CENTER IT SELF MAKING IT EASIER TO PULL TUBE'S AND OTHER TOY'S.YOU DON'T HAVE THAT LITTLE YANK LIKE WITH SOME OF THE OTHER ONE'S I HAVE USED."
