10mm Stainless Replacement Blade,

"I ordered the 1 1/2-hp #32 grinder and it came with two smaller plates. I like to course grind meat and fat before mixing for hamburger or course grind sausage mix for linguisa and the 7.5mm plate that comes with the unit was too small. It is a good idea to have course and fine plates on hand to get the right consistency of your end product. The 10mm plate was ther answer for getting a very good mix for both the hamburger and the sausage before the second run through the fine plate.
Thanks to Cabela's for providing great food processing equipment at a reasonable price!!"

"Product works great, the only reason I needed a new one was I put the grinder blade in bacwards and cracked the orginal one. Have run tons of venison, pork, etc. through the grinder with no problems."

"I recently purchased two of these stainless steel grinder plates and was extremely disappointed. I used each plate once and after being washed in a dishwasher both came out with the holes rusted up. The original plates that came with my Cabela's grinder did not do this."

"The replacements were as good in quality as the original parts and I am very satisfied. I noticed on the package that there are a number of holes sizes available from the manufacturer. In the catalog, those sizes were not mentioned. It would be nice to have that availability from Cabela's"
