"The quality of this boot is good - what I had expected from Cabela's. What I don't like is the fit. The toe bed is too narrow and the heel is too loose, making it a sloppy and uncomfortable trip when I walk our property. I would not purchase these again."

Multi-use Boot,

"I read the previous reviews about the boots being too big, but I ordered my usual size 6. When I got the boots they were just a little large. I got an insole wedge for the heel and they are fine.
I am impressed by the versatility- I can go out and shovel the drive or run around town, keeping dry and warm.
I have a feeling that these are my new favorites."

Fabulous Hunting Boots,

"I walked several miles quail hunting in these boots through pretty wet terrain and they worked great. Very comfortable, warm and waterproof."

Comfortable warm boots,

"I feel I got a very good value in this purchase. They are bulkier than the old cracked Dexter duck boots I was looking to replace, but they are also much warmer.
The sizing guide was also good. I wear a half size and ordered the full size lower but I can't get really thick socks in these.
I think I'll be coming back to look for an additional but lighter weight style as well. I'm very happy with the service and quality of Cabela's."

"i normally wear a 7-1/2 and bought these boots as size 7. they are a little large but a pair of thick insoles takes care of the problem. they are comfortable and useful."

"I ordered a 10 which i am but heel was way too big (my heel popped up every step) and a little big in the toes. Exchanged for a 9 which was good in the toes but again too big in the heel. Gave up, thought they were real cute and could've been great in colorado winters.."

"I am on my 4th pair of these boots - I buy a pair about every 2 years. I put them to very hard use, wear them every day in all seasons and conditions (snow, mud, flood,) for the various chores and whatever else comes up around our rugged country home (and corral) otherwise I'm sure they would last even longer. Warm in the winter snow and cool enough to work in in the summer, they sit by the door ready for me to slip into at a moment's notice. I have a high arch and can't get my foot into most boots so the fact they have a zipper is what makes these boots so special for me. As to size, I typically wear an 8.5 - in these boots I wear the 8 and they quickly stretch to a proper fit. For those who like a little more cushioning of the sole a gel insert works great. As long as Cabelas keeps making these I will keep buying them."

"I sent these boots back because they did not match. They were supposed to be the same size, but one was too small. For size 10, even the larger boot was rather small. The leather part was also very stiff and uncomfortable on my calf."
