Adventure Medical First Aid Kit,November 2, 2009
By Kennyone
"Do a lot of back country camping/hunts. Always "put together" my own First Aid Kit which was sizewise much larger than the Adventure Kit which holds many more items. Well thought out First Aid Kit. I'd have rated it Five Stars but thankfully have yet to face any medical emergency where I have had to use it."

Group First Aid Kit,October 7, 2009
By adkchrisfrom Crown Point, NY
"Although this is called a "Hunter's First Aid Kit" with just a few additions (which there is plenty of room in the bag for) it is just the ticket for small to medium sized groups going out for 5-15 days. I will use it primarily taking scout aged young people on extended Canadian widerness canoe trips and being able to obtain almost everything needed, including a good manual, in one package is a real boon. I don't hesitate at all in recommending this kit."

Very practical,June 4, 2009
By wcsivfrom Middletown, NJ
"Bought the Hunter kit for hunting season last year. Its perfect because I can keep the field trauma kit in my pack (which is the perfect size) and keep the main first aid kit in my hunting box which usually stays in my truck or at camp. Added some QuickClot packs to each. I hope to never have to use them but the boy scout way says "Be Prepared". Have piece of mind and buy it you can never regret not having it."

peice of mind,October 28, 2008
By lilredhunterfrom ST. Thomas, ON
"I recently purched the kit for the 2008 moose hunt. We did not need it, but it made us sleep easier to know that if something did go wrong we had the appropriate materials to do the job until medical help arrives. I would definetly recomend this product to anyone who is going well off the beaten trail, even just for the peice of mind."

Nessessary camp item,August 18, 2008
By TheBluMaxfrom Stanwood WA
"For the basic staples first aid kit you can add a few things into, this is a good buy. I added Neosporin, razor blade, sutcher needle & 1/4 LB fishing leader, anti inflamatory and a few other nicknacks must haves too. Used my Cabelas points to purchase and am pleased with the case, functionality and contents. A must have if you camp or hunt."

First Aid Kit,July 28, 2008
By AKDrillerfrom Anchorage, AK
"The first aid kit is compact, light weight, and very complete. I was impressed on the completeness of the contents. I spend my time hunting and fishing in the remote corners of Alaska and first aid may be the only aid you get for quite some time. Serious injuries, although avoided at all costs, are common and having the right supplies to address either your wounds or wounds of your hunting buddies is essential. I'd recommend the hunter first aid kit to anyone who hunts, hikes, fishes and does these activities far from civilization."

Very Good,February 16, 2008
By DukeHfrom Overland Park, KS
"These kits are well organized and generally complete. As a former EMT, my opinion is that they include lots of bandages and supplies for minor issues and not enough supplies for more major medical concerns. Overall these kits are excellent but I added more 4x4 gauze pads (to stop major bleeding), a few extra gauze rolls (to hold gauze pads in place), some Krazy Glue (for deeper cuts), and some Betadine for cleansing. Add a few essentials and I think you have the perfect field first aid kit."

First Aid Kit,November 5, 2007
By riddfrom california
"I probably should have checked the contents more, as the items included were not all that i was looking for. It was a lot of money for a case and bandades. They are packaged well, but not enough other important first aid items were included. It is an average kit, but certainly will use it."
