"This call is the best out there. I was sitting in 4 wheeler with my son and we heard a crow over the trees and called with this caller and all of a sudden 5 to 10 birds started to come over head. It got crazy. Great tool! 5 Stars on this one!"

"I have used this call for a few years and do not have any complaints at all. The call is a good size and sounds great. I have had crows answer me many times. I even had a turkey answer a crow that had answered this call."

"I know its a locator call but i like to use it for crow hunting to my call works great for a crow call, sounds good too, but the reason i gave it such a low review was because i think i got lucky and got a good one because my friend has gone through at least three of them and he used his as much as i have used my call and hes about to buy a diffrent brand because hes almost through another"

"Clearly most of the raters of this call don't know what it is for....this is not a "crow call" it simply poorly imitates a crow to get a gobbler to go off....it won't sound much like a real crow but it does work for turkeys"

"My buddy bought this 4 me and it worked ok the first few time after that they never even turn and looked back .....

"Well I don't use it to do anything but locate Turkeys. This call is perfect for that, first time out was walkng around crow calling and got a turkey to gobble off the roost. It helped also when the turkeys were so call shy(public land hunt) they wouldn't answer any turkey calls but this crow call sure made the tom gobble. If you need a locator call, for the price, you can't go wrong."

"Interesting reviews. My experience with this call has been successful. A few short "caws" brings the crows out of the pines and into the fields. As a Tom locater, it has been effective for me. It has not failed to get a response from the long beards, which helps to set up in the right spot and begin the serious hen calls to bag a bird."

"If your looking for an inexpensive turkey locator caller this is the one for you. I personally didn't like the sound, but it seemed like the turkeys didn't really care. They gobbled anyway. If you want a better sound I suggest a primos, or lohman caller."

Great for Calling Crows,

"This is an excellent product for calling crows (can't comment about it as a turkey locator, since I haven't used it for that purpose) and I have had great results every time I have pulled it out. I keep it in the glove box of my car and sometimes I'll just pull over in the park and start calling, and it usually doesn't take but about 2 minutes after my first call that I have crows cawing all around me. The call has great volume and can really get the crows in from a pretty good distance. Of course, like most calls, if you let spit build up too much while you are calling, it will cause gargled sounds to come out, but that is just something you have to keep in mind.
I do have to say that after reading the other reviews, I am hesitant about recommeding this product to others because while I think it is extremely simple and easy to use, apparently people are really struggling, but if you know how a crow really calls, then this call is all you need to get a tree full of crows."

"works okay to turckeys but so did my cell phone when i forgot to turn it off :) it went off and the turkey gobbled to it....but this call isnt good for crows i use a tape recorder for crows"

"The tone is a little flat and it takes a tremendous amount of air to achieve a fair sound. I used it as a turkey locater and really was not very effective. It is smaller, lighter, and cheaper than most wooden calls, but I don't think I would recommend this call."

"Sounds like a party favor. Dosen't attract crows, I have numerous wooden calls and have been calling crows for multiple seasons, so inexperience is not the problem.
Poor plastic quality. Wouldn't recommend to any hunter."
