"i bought one of these thermal lined sweatshirts for my better half last year he works outdoors in all kinds of weather year round and needs the ability to move freely without being bulky. had to buy 2 more for him this year he loves them. he just wears his overalls with one of these sweatshirts out in the freezing cold...would recommend everyone to purchase these..great quality for a great price....they also launder very well and hold their shape.."

"I ordered one of Cabela's Roughneck Thermal-Lined Hooded Sweatshirts for my farmer husband to try after he "recovered" from seeing the current price of a similar product he usually bought at the local farm & general supply store. The Cabela's product is every bit as good or better than the "other" well-known brand, but it's about 1/2 the price. And delivery was very fast with a fair shipping rate. "Perfect layering jacket. I wear it under my Cabela's Northern Lite jacket with Windshear for a total wind breaking system. I was more than comfortable for the time it took to pitch my Cabela's ice fishing hut. I will wear it alone for the early boat fishing season. I am 6'2" and 180 pounds and the large/tall fit perfect. The hood is over-sized which makes it easy on and off over a baseball cap."

"This is a really nice sweatshirt. Its very heavy and warm and seems well made. My only complaint is that at 6'5" its not quite long enough for me. I have another Cabela's Tall jacket that is probably 2 inches or so longer and fits me great and I assumed this one would be about the same. As it is I have to either wear it unzipped or keep pulling it down in the front."

"This is an excellent hooded sweatshirt made for the long haul. I have tried other brands and they did not hold up to heavy use as well as Cabela's. I am very happy I made this purchase and will continue to shop at Cabela's. Checkout the Bargain Cave for great deals. I told my Doctor about a dream I had, I dreamt about a Tee-pe and a Wig-Wam night after night for weeks on end, finally my Doctor told me not to worry and just relax, I was just two tents. "I purchased the roughneck thermal -lined hood sweatshirt jacket for a young-tall thin man who has trouble finding jackets that fit properly. Also, he is a great out-doors-man. He was excited that the jacket fit so well and was so comfortable and warm. The spruce-green was a nice subdued color that he stated that he could wear every day. Not just hunting, fishing and etc. We both are very pleased with the quality and wearablity of this jacket. Also ,I think the price of the article was a very good bargain. "I got a sweatshirt like this 20 years ago at an Army & Navy store, and thus it was very ragged, but I couldn't find a replacement anywhere that had the thermal lining. I bought this and it is better than my original was when it was new. I love this sweatshirt and will never part with it. It is great value for the price. I wish it came in navy blue though..."

"I bought this men's sweatshirt, even though I'm a woman, because it's difficult to find lined sweatshirts for women. This is a really great sweatshirt. It is made really well. The lining is soft, but strong. I wear it to and from the gym. Plus, I wear it outside when I'm doing yardwork, hiking, playing with the dogs, playing football, playing disc golf, etc. Basically, I wear this sweatshirt when I'm going to get sweaty and smelly, and I don't have to worry about it, because it washes well. I was surprised by the quality of this sweatshirt, because while shopping for it, I found many others from different companies that were not as well made, yet were twice as expensive."

"I am pleased with this sweatjacket. It is very heavy though. It feels like you have the pockets full of change or some other heavy items. I am 100 % ok with it though. It is nice and warm. I actually feel that the heavy weight of a piece of clothing is a sign of quality. Just be aware that it is a bit heavier than other sweatshirts. I guess that's what they mean by "Quality You Can Feel"."
