"I have used this bullet for the past 40 years in 3 different cartridges, 308, 30-06, and 300 win mag. my wife and father-in law use it in their 30-06's too. all with the same result, one shot harvests. on broadside shots it will go thru the deer and they usually do not go more than 5 feet so there is no need to track. however one time we retracted a bullet. it entered the deers' neck and traveled up the spine for a measured 24 inches. the bullet was a perfect mushroom and held together after traveling that far thru bone. of course the animal dropped like it was pole axed."

"Excellent performance!!! Developed a reduced recoil load with 165gr interbonds @ ~2800fps from a 300wsm. Just finished a moose hunt...had nearly complete pass through (recovered bullet under the hide of the far shoulder) and 90% weight retention at 198yds on a ~850lb (dressed) bull. I've also dug two bullets out of the dirt after complete pass through on whitetails...once again, perfect mushrooms and great weight retention, even through bone and into the frozen ground. VERY VERY VERY impressed with the Hornady interbonds!!!"

"To make reloading easier, I have tried to standardize all my hand loads and the Hornady 150 gr FMJ BT bullet is my 1st choice for all my .30 cal target loads. My Mossberg ATR in 30-06 shoots 5 round sub-minute of angle groups with these bullets over a charge of 51 gr of 4064 or Varget (velocity is about 2900 fps for both powders). I also use this bullet for target loads for my .308 Indian 2A Enfield as well as my custom .308 cal M1 Garand and they both shoot this bullet as good as I can hope to expect with an iron sighted rifle."
