Redding Model 1400 Case Trimmer

The titanium-nitride-coated cutters remain stationary while the case is turned for the ultimate in flawless case squareness. The cutter shaft adjusts to fit even the longest magnums, and the universal collet accepts all popular cases. Coarse and fine length adjustments allow for case length adjustments of .001" or less, and the cast-iron frame will maintain its precise alignment through years of service. It includes two neck-cleaning brushes for .22 through .30 caliber, six pilots (.22, 6mm, .25, .270, 7mm and .30) and large and small primer-pocket cleaners.

"this trimmer is built very well as with all redding products however the opperation of this machine needs some refinement. (very crude adjustments) save time and spend the extra money buy the 2400 you will not be sorry you did."

"In using this product, I noticed the handle binds, the adjustments were not very precise, and the adjustment lock screw damages the adjustment threads on the unit. It is robust, but needs some serious improvement in the aformentioned areas and does not meet my expectations for a Redding product."
