"I bought these for my husband. He loves them ! Very comfortable fit. We crappie fish most weekends and the glaring water becomes uncomfortable after a minutes of squinting. I'm going to purchase a pair for myself."

"The Aviators are a large glasses but hey they are going over your perscription glasses besides that the fish dont care what you look like. They are very light and comfortable to wear. The glare is gone when you put these glasses on nomatter if you are on the water or in your car. EXCELLENT PTODUCT !!"

"These Cocoon Aviator sunglasses fit very comfortably over my perscription glasses. A common problem with "fit-over" glasses is the loose fit that feels as though they will fall off while fitting a fish. Not these Cocoon Aviators! I target mainly steelhead and salmon which fight vigorously often requiring you to follow the fish up or down stream. These sunglasses remain snugly in place. I strongly recommend Cocoon Aviators to any angler in my similar situation."

"I bought these to replace a pair I lost. They are comfortable and fit over my prescription glasses easily. I might have been able to buy the slightly smaller model, so check the dimensions of your glasses carefully. The visability is very good. The quality is very good. It would be nice if they came in a greater variety of frame styles and colors. The carrying case and cleaning cloth that come with are a nice touch."

"I purchased the XL size to fit over my glasses. The sunglasses were large enough to cover my glasses. My wife told me I "looked like I had gotten cataract surgery and was wearing the post surgery sunglasses the people wore to protect their eyes" These are definitely not "Joe Cool" shades. Even so, the glasses had clear optics and did a great job of shielding my eyes."

"spend alot of time driving the interstate in the early morning hours driving into the sun. Currently wear glasses w/transitions lenses to help with this but sometimes even this is not enough. Bought the cocoons to wear over these glasses when these conditions exist to provide additional protection. Sunglasses fit okay and they do the job but I was hoping the fit would have been better."

"I have the "slips over the biggest of big eyeglasses" cocoon aviators in black framed grey and amber lenses. The polarization that lets you see through water glare and the frame's ability to keep out light from above and the sides of the glasses is five star. I also wear these while driving on bright days. Put a pair on and tilt your head side to side to affect the polarization while you look at the road and you'll be amazed at the glare that they cut out that comes off of a concrete road surface and tar on bright days. I do not feel either color lens makes a lot of difference as far as the ability to see through water is concerned. These are a slightly heavier pair of sunglasses than I'd care to wear, therefore the four star rating instead of five.The lenses and frames are reasonably durable and scratch resistant."

"The glasses are great. I keep them in the car and with all the snow we have they are a great help. They fit right over my regular glasses and I can easily put them on while driving. The even work well out walking and they pervent glare from the sides than many sunglasses do not. Also come with a convenent case so they do not get damaged and stay clean."

"Cocoons are great. The only problem I have is that my glasses have wide frames and I needed the Aviator version of Cocoons. That version is really big. I feel a bit like I've put on welding goggles instead of polarizing sunglasses.
Bottom line is that they really work, there are side panels that also block harmful rays but allow wearer to see through small portals.
I would recommend them w/o reservations. Just be prepared if you have to order the largest size. They're pretty bulky. Smaller size should be dynamite."

"The Cocoons Aviator sunglasses with gray lenses are an
excellent product. They fit well and are comfortable over
long periods of time. I recently wore them during 6 days of
canoeing in bright sunlight and greatly appreciated the dark,
clear, polarized lenses. I have a cataract in each eye and I am pleased to say that the bright sunlight and glare were
never a problem."
