"The hook came out of the lead head while I was removing it from a bass throat. Not a good thing. Lost a large bass during retrieval because hook came out of jighead. After the second mishap, got smart enough to change brands."

"I found this jig to meet my needs very well. I tie my own jigs, and this is a very economical head. I am impressed with the quality of the hooks, nice and sharp! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is on about 50% of the heads, the barb to keep a twister tail (for those that use them) was almost non-existant. I would, and have, recommend this jig head to anyone that wants to tie their own jigs!"

"As an avid walleye and bass angler during the spring, summer and fall here in Iowa these jig heads give me an advantage over plain colored jigs. Many of the waters I fish are murky and stained.
