The Legend Ultra? rod series boasts premium, lightweight high-modulus SCIV graphite blanks constructed using IPC? and ART? Tooling Technology. St. Croix's Advanced ReinForcing Technology?(ART?) is proprietary process that adds strength to rods in critical locations without adding weight or increasing the blank diameter.
