"I had looked for quite a while for a holster to fit a 9 1/2" Scoped Super RedHawk. I found this one and bought it from the discription on line. Received it promptly and find it is a great product.
Adjustable for fit regardless of a persons size or clothes. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out the weather cover (no instructions) but once I did, it works perfectly.

"The holster performed well, carrying a scoped Ruger redhawk comfortably and keeping snow off the gun. The velcro on the flap is LOUD. I ended up using a spare hunk of loop side velcro to cover the hook side once I got where I was going. The quality of the holster was good."

"The nylon chest holster that I purchased does not hang well on my chest. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or it just fits poorly. The shell loops are so small I had a hard time jambing my 44 mag. shells into it. I wish I would have tried one on at the store before buying. I bought it online, big mistake."

"Retainer strap holds my scoped Raging Bull 444S8 very secure, but is very noisy to open in a hunting situation. Might try to replace velcro with snap. Overall very good holster. Well made and comfortable."

"the holster is big and bulky but so is my Super redhawk it is well made with no flaws except that there is too much velcro used on the flap that is very noisy in the woods,other than that it is fine sturdy rig great for those big ol' pistols the price is decieving, I have payed twice this for smaller holsters so for the money this is unbeatable and only the velcro keeps her froming being five stars"

"I stuck my .357 mag in this one on my way out to shoot and when I pulled it out, it looked as if it had, had years of holster ware. I didn't even bother to put the pistol back in on my way home. So my advice is don't buy this product if you like the finish on your gun."

"Velcro is noisy! Removed all of the velcro and attached a single turn-tab-and-eyelet closure to ensure secure closure and silent opening from the stand. Ensure you allow room for the scope. I have a 6 and a half inch barrel but required the eight inch holster. Otherwise, product works great for the field. Keeps elements and debris off of the pistol. Good value for the amount of money spent."
