"I had this unit for 3 years before switching to a color unit (lowarnce of course). Honostly I liked the x-125 better than the far more expensive DF color unit. a very good buy that you'll be happy with."

Great Sonar from Lowrance again!,August 3, 2009
By Wibuddyfrom Wisconsin
"Had the Lowrance X70 on my boat for about 15 years andd it finally had some problems and needed to be replaced. With the time on the water I honestly don't think that it owed me any more than it had given. I went right back to Cabela's for another Lowrance and think the X125 is better than the X70 was those many years when I bought it. New technology and lots more features. Happy with Lowrance and Cabela's. Thanks for making these great products available."

Lowrance x125,May 28, 2009
By DKozfrom Pymautuning Lake, reside Mantua, OH
"This fishfinder is great especially because it is very apparent of its ability to display drop=offs and humps along the bottom. I am an avid Walleye fisherman and this unit also has a great ability to display fish depths which is hepful to find those walleyes along the bottom. Its accuracy is also useful to find fish on those days when they fish seem to disappear from your usual hot-spots and you are in need to search."

Better to upgrade to a X135,March 24, 2008
By Cabelaman5104from Madera, CA
"The X125 is not compatible with the Minnkota Tervova with the built in transducer. The X135 transducer & power cables are the push in type, NOT, the push in and screw down type. I had to upgrade to the X135 to make it compatible with my Terova."

good overall product,November 25, 2006

"ive had this fishfinder one season and it worked well until day 102 when the display went out during a tournament. but the company was good to deal with and had me a replacement before the next tournament. it's sensitive and work well for finding structure and schools of baitfish the menu is easy enough to navigate and the display is very clear (when it works)"
