"Now this particular kit, was a real value to me. I went trolling with these, and got hits many times. The Bass, and Pickerel love 'em!
The weedless lures were nice, but I had to add split rings to the eyes where you add the leader because my swivel head snaps would not fit through. The eye was too thick. They kept the weeds out, but I worry that the fish are feeling the guards, and because of this, I rarely land the fish.
Otherwise, This kit is great, whether you are out on a lake trolling, or fishing your local ponds."

"the spinners work pretty good if you are out on a boat in a big lake I have had no luck bank fishing with them. I have had alotta luck taking the worm like spinner trailer ripping it into 3 pieces and putting it on the end of a small spinner with a trebile hook one piece per barb, The perch seem to really like the spinner trailers I catch 3 times as many perch with the trailer as without"

"The skirts on the spinner baits and buzz baits come loose after a few fish. Plan on carrying some extra skirts. Havent had to use any of the jigs yet. They do catch fish and the wire, hooks, an blades seem ok. The issues with the skirts should be looked at but overall an average product."

"I was able to purchase the 30 piece bass bonanza kit on a clearance sale. While the price was right, the the quality control on the kit itself was not. The Jigs and buzzbaits were nice, but three of the six spinner baits did not work, the swivels used on the spinnerbaits were crimped down not allowing the blade to spin freely (or at all for two of the baits). I hope Cabelas will take a closer look at the baits they package together, if the spinnerbaits had worked properly, I would have been able to say this kit was a tremendous value. As they didnt and I could not give this review a 2.5 I gave it a 3 out of 5 Mike A! Land O Lakes, FL"

"Having purchased a rod from Cabela's, which I am very pleased and satisfied with its performance, I then ordered this set of lures. Unfortunately, although I have used several of the different lures in the kit I have yet to catch a single bass with any of them. I am using weedless worms in the same lake and they continue to give me very good results."
