"Just got my minnow bucket looks to be pretty well built, like the built in net no more chasing those minnows around. also like the locking lid with seal to prevent leaking. it is a little small but I believe it will hold 4 or 5 dozen Bass minnows just fine."

"i got mine today day and couldn't wait to use it i have the bucket and it worked just fine but it had a few dead minnows in it due to the water beiing warm i went and got more water and transfered them to this new one to try it i like it and can't wait to take it with me when i go fishing in the morning i like the way the lid locks that the water will not spill out i'll still use the bucket too but will have to keep cold spring water on hand for both of these...i'd recommend this to anyone that asks about it i was told that if i got this i counldn't go wrong another guy that shops cabela's that he love's it and plans on getting another one he's like me i buy a lot of minnows at one time as for the net part i wish the bucket had it too.thank you cabela's for getting this to me in a timely matter"

"I've used many minnow buckets in my 60 years. Metal, plastic, styrofoam, and even wood. The Frabill Min-02-Life is unlke anything I ever used. From the insulated walls to the net liner, it has to be one of the best for keeping live bait alive. I'm just sorry I didn't see it sooner. I wouldn't have lost those expensive shiners I use to coax walleyes into the frying pan!"

"I had read other reviews before I purchased this item. Yes, it is a little small. But, the first time I used it, I had 7 dozen minnows in the thing. I bought them the night before, and there were only 5 floaters the next morning! It definitely keeps the minnows lively. The aerator is great. I got probably close to 80 hours out of the first set of batteries. I really like the fact that it is a sealed container. Not too many worries when doing a milk-run between different spots in choppy water."

"Great product, handy size, does a nice job of keeping minnows fresh. Like the mesh basket with handle to retreive minnows, forgetting a dip net is no longer a problem. The only issue I have with the Min-02 is the hinge system. It should be made of metal not plastic. If you don't baby it you will break the latch (broke my first one right away). I still liked it enough to get a new one."

"Great bait bucket small enough to carry along with ease. Has enough room to store a days worth of minnows. Battery life is kind of short but still a sturdy great product. Should have bought one sooner! Would highly recommend it."

"My problem was solved with this device. My old way of fishing with minnows was buy a half pint, rush to the water, tie a rope to the bucket and get it in the water before they die. Then it's pull the bucket up, fish out bait, sink the bucket again. With this outift I can buy minnows the night before and leave them in the truck overnight. Daybreak finds my minnows ready to fish, not a floater in the bunch. I add a couple ice cubes in a sandwich bag in summer time under the net to slow them down a bit. The built in net/bucket is Willie Coyote approved (Genius)"
