"I have found this instrument very accurate, decorative and informative. The only glitch was in the vague instructions that showed a calibration screw in the back. In this model the calibration screw must be accessed by using a hole in the back where the screw is deep inside and so small that anyone with poor eyesight will not see it at all. Once it was set to the local weather report - no problem. One small notation in the instructions mentioned tapping the gauge before each reading. This is actually very important and should be in bold letters, as the needle will change and shows wether the pressure is rising or falling. Overall I am very happy with the product."

"I purchased this product December 2006. It wasn't too difficult to set, but it is a little tricky to get an exact setting, unless the pressure is straight up at 30 mm/Hg. The directions are sketchy, but follow them exactly. Once set, don't touch, jostle, tap, drop, etc. Any "jarring" seems to require a re-setting. Once set and left alone, it remains accurate and reliable."
