jammin up deer,
November 1, 2009
By eran
from Martins Ferry OH
|
"I have put down 3 gallons of the apple and what a joke plenty of deer around my stand but as far away from the buck jam as they can be. They should call it jamming up bucks because i have had less activity since using it. Terrible product and waste of money."

"The Buck jam is alright it is nice if you just poor it on the ground, but i mixed it with feed(corn) and the deer didn't come. I even watched two deer walk away from it. I don't know if the corn was bad but the other feeder i put some corn in the deer acually ate some."

Will not freeze,
October 6, 2009
By oldbutts
from Minnesota
|
"I bought the Buck Jam for a special purpose to try out. I planed on freezing some in a dixie cup with a looped string in it, then hange them around my stand during the muzzle loader season in the cold muzzleloader season in Minnesota. Figuring the deer might hang out there and lick on them. But I found out that the Buck Jam does not freeze. Probably because it has Salt and minerals in it. So, I will use it around my salt lick and set up the trail cam and see how it works there. I'm still thinking of other things to freeze to make those frozen licks for the deer. Maybe apple juice. Maple surup does not freeze either."

Awesome product!!!!!!!!,
September 11, 2009
By firemedic301

"This product is excellent!! I poured it over a rotten log while I was clearing shooting lanes around my food plot. Within 10 minutes the apple smell had completly saturated the area. within a couple days I had pics of deer coming in to eat it. I checked my cam yesterday and had pics of a buck hanging around eating the log for an hour and a half!! I would say that in the 2 weeks I've had it out the deer have eaten almost 1" of the wood. Great product will buy more as needed."

Great Results,
August 5, 2009
By TheCamouflageKid

|
"I used the acorn flavor first on a hardwood stump. I left it for a week and had a good number of deer visiting it. Poured it on a rotten pine tree stump a quarter mile away and was blown away. After 8 days the stump once 9'' diameter stump was eaten down to the width of my pinky finger and a hole was dug out 8'' deep around the stump. 600 pics on that camera in 8 days."

Deer Magnet in a Bottle,
June 15, 2009
By Ridgerunner732
from SW Michigan
|
"I've been pouring this syrup on a stump for two years. I use the Persimmon, and haven't tried the other "flavors". The deer literally flock to the site and have pawed a substantial hole around the stump, which they have not only licked to the bare wood, but have covered with teeth grooves. The stuff smells so good to me, I'm always tempted to try it on ice cream. This is a serious deer magnet. If you have any deer in your area, and the law permits this form of baiting prior to season, I strongly recommend that you find the "right spot", 'plant' a large stump, and pour a little at a time onto the top to soak into the wood. Then vist the spot (or check out your trail camera photos) in a day or so. Does and bucks will have been all over the place. And where the does are, the bucks will come... This is a simply outstanding product. I recently bought 4 gallons to put on my stump, about 1 quart at a time. I'm looking forward to Autumn and summer is not yet here. Safe hunting."

Best Ever!,
January 15, 2009
By northernwhitetailchaser

"I used a similar product by another brand and hunted my old stand over a dozen times without one deer encounter and only a few game camera pictures. Once I used BUCK JAM at my other stand, only a few hundred yards away, I had 147 pictures within two nights. I combined it with corn and drove the deer crazy. I finally got a chance to hunt this stand and during the first evening I harvested a young 6-point buck! WARNING PRODUCT IS HIGHLY EFFECTIVE"

Sweet Corn Buck Jam,

By Jimbobaloubobby

"If anything, this scared the deer away. Poured it over corn picked from a fresh corn field and couldn't find the first track around it. This is in areas where we normally see many deer. Very disappointing."
