"The no slip grip and cushioning on this slip works wonderfully. The swivels though are cheap and break easily. I also did not like how they were sewn into the sling so that they could not be easily replaced. This caused the sling to be unusable on a gun with built in swivels or replaced after they broke. Besides the swivels the rest of the sling is decent quaility but don't know if I can say it is worth the price. I have cheaper slings that do the job as good if not better than this one."

"The perfect sling. I hunt the Adirondacks, often in thick woods and rough terrain, and this sling is ideal. An amazing value for the price. The material from which it is made is absolutely non-slip and indestructable. My rifle never slips and carrying it is very comfortable with The Claw. No wonder this is the product you see all the time on TV hunting shows It is simply the best you can buy, no matter the price, and The Claw is priced far less expensive than fancier slings that don't work nearly as well. I'll never buy any other brand."

"The Claw sling system does what is says it will, it grips. I found it great at the range, but when I put on mild weather gear for early gun in Wisconsin it pulled the shoulder of my fleece over my shoulder. The worst part though is that it is noisy. It also is not quick release. I have used less expensive and been happier. I will be buying a new sling before gun deer in Nov."

"I've tried many different slings and found that this is the best hunting sling currently on the market. It is the only one I've found that won't slip, even on polyester or goretex jackets. Not the lightest sling, but the slight extra weight is worth it."

"I use this sling while hunting in some very rugged terrain in the Big Sur, CA area and it definitely lived up to it's expectations! It was very comfortable and did not slip one bit. Some other reviewers take issue with the plastic "Hush Stalker" swing swivels but I have had no problems with them. I highly recommend this sling if comfort and security are priorities."

"Great sling. The only thing I would have done differently if I built these was to change the screw type hook ups to quick release. I like it though."

"The ONLY sling I have ever used for rifle carry that wont slide off your shoulder every 3 mins. Very grippy padding. Not the sling you want if you need to unsling and mount in a hurry.....cant keep it from hanging up somewhere while moving fast. Plastic swivel clips keep it from 5 stars."
