"They are useless. Very poorly designed in that there is no rigid back support. When I sat in the seat and leaned back the whole seat collapsed. I returned them."

"i'am pushing 62. just canoed the mullice river in the so jersey pine barrens. if you've never canoed the j/barrens, they're very demanding. to have the seat to lean back on at times was both new and rewarding. my back aint what it used to be. this is an excellent prooduct."

"it is light weight and gives great support to your back when fishing for long periods of time. I wish that it had longer straps so that it could be wrapped around a regular boat bench seat like so of the boats up in remote areas of canada or the us. It is also portable enough to use when duck and goose hunting in a filed"

"Seats are easy to install with the straps and feather light. However, the material is slippery and tends to slide around making it difficult to get comfortable. Sort of a rubber backing may solve the problem. Most serious problem though is inherent in the design. The soft seat backs don't support your back. Stiffer support is needed. So the buyer should spring for the extra cost and buy the set that has stiff inserts or an actual seat with a back. Since I made the mistake trying to save money, it is not fair to penalize the seller. So I give it three stars but wouldn't recommend it without the above caveats."
