"I was very happy with this product. It preformed just as described and worked well will many different foods. I will say that if the food was small such as small seafood or shell fish that they sometimes fell through the sieve. Over all I loved the way that it battered everything without the mess."

Our Fish was PERFECT!,

"We visited friends this summer and they had used the batter bowl to apply the batter to the fish. It was excellent. So we went home and ordered our own. After our next fishing trip we had a fish fry that wowed everyone. The fish ends up to be coated perfectly and fries up excellent."

"I've used this for breading at least 4 times in the last two weeks. I saw a friend use theirs at a graduation party. He did multiple batches of fried fish for his guests. He had two batter bowls. I would recommend buying two if you use flour and then bread crumbs. I've been cooking for 37 years and this is now one of the best tools I've got. I've used it for chicken and zucchini. It is a little large if you have no storage room. I stacked it with some baking pans. Enjoy!"

"The first time i used this product, I was amazed, on how easy it was to coat the fish. The product i'm talking about, Is the CAJUN INJECTOR BATTER PRO. Very simple to do, I did fish.You put your mix and fish in the bottom ,(you would want to do no more then two,three fish at a time) Depending on the size,then put the plastic screen on, then the top. Shake till all is coated, then flip and shake some more, till all the loose mix falls off, and bingo,you have evenly coated food. no mess, i recommend this product to all that like too batter there food. Allso it is very easy to clean.
For the mix i used the CAJUN INJECTOR BRAND FRY MIX allready seasoned. thats another story WOW delicious. Easy to follow directions."
