"The Press is very lightweight and somewhat akward to use. The thickness is adjustable but you need to have a scale to weigh the meat if you want consistent portions/patty size You must use wax paper on both the top and bottom or the meat sticks to the press and makes it difficult to remove the patty. It heps to have the meat chilled down to just above frozen for better results."

"The press work very good. You do need to use the wax paper with it to keep the burger from going up the top of the press. The top paper willmake 5 or 6 burgers before you have to replace it. Clean up when using the paper was easy."

"I am extreamely Pleased with this Hamburger press I season my own hamburgers and this press cuts the preperation time of what it use to take me by by 2 thirds I make anywhere from 5 to 10 lbs of chopped meat at a time and the cleanup is extremely easy when used with the patty papers since I make the patties by my self the single press is right for me. it use to take me 1 and a half hours to make 5lbs patties with my old plastic press and wear me out now it takes me only 30 minutes from start to finished. The patties don't fall apart when cooked in a pan or on the grill. I had recomened this to my sister and she loves it too"

"We really love the press. We just had one minor issue. The manufacturer instructions say to put one piece of wax paper down on press, add meat, and then press. We found it very difficult to remove the patty, so we added another piece of wax paper on the top before putting the top down and it works like a charm - sure makes it alot easier to get it out of the press."

"You cannot go wrong with the single patty hamburger press. No matter what size burger you prefer you can replicate it every time with this press. I just bought another for my son because he wants to borrow mine to often for his grilling. One box of 1000 papers goes a long way but worth the buy for their convenience. You won't regret this purchase."

"Very simple and very useful product to make burgers of any weight. Also easy to clean. As a tip, I would suggest that you use patty paper on both sides of each burger if you plan to freeze them as it makes them easier to seperate."

"works great, easy to clean, you have to take it apart, but we rinsed it with running water and put it in the dishwasher. You need to use the non stick paper sheets, but wax paper would work if you want to mess with it. A good way to save$ is to by boneless chuck and make your own burgers, 2 people can do 50lb in less than one hour."

"Works great for consistent sized hamburgers. Cleanup is something to get used to but not hard at all. It can be used anchored or not and there are no problems handling or oporating. Changing patty thickness is a breaze."
