"Quality is great and they are really warm.
I purchased a Large for my girls so they could go elk hunting this next fall. They are 9 and 10 years old. The pants reached nearly to their chests. I tried them on and though they were a bit tight, they fit my 32" inseam and with my 36" waist and I could button them. I'm 6' 210 lbs. For a youth size, these are very very big."

"I am a lady who loves to Deer hunt! I'm 5ft tall and wear a size 6 petite. My Grandson is 11, he is the same hight as me! We just love these pants!!! I bought three pair of them!! One pair for me in a youth large, they fit perfect! One pair in large for my Grandson and they fit him perfect and kept him warm while he was fishing in Lake Michigan! the third pair I bought was bigger so my Grandson could grow into them!!! "My wife is very petite, sometimes wearing a size 2. Based on Cabela's good advice, I picked a youth jacket that fit her, then I picked these pants to match the Dry-Plus jacket.
The pants are good quality, surprising in that they cost less than adult pants (hmmm... what gives?), and I am sure they would be very competent in the field. But they didn't work out because the length was fine, but the waist was way too generous. Going smaller means shorter pants, so by the time we got the waist right she would have hunting knickers.
We got some near-matching WOMEN'S camo pants for her, and they fit like a glove. We will be sending these pants back - thanks, Cabela's, for your generous return policy.
Cabela's, please look into your women's hunting line. You have cutesy women's outdoor clothing, but NOT MUCH in serious hunting apparel for women! Keep the cost in line with youth hunting clothing and you will clean house in this niche. Your excellent customer service folks are trying to satisfy this area without much product with which to do it.
We need more hunters in the field, and there are women hunters out there wanting to be supported with good gear!"

"The first night i got these I went and sat in my stand for a couple hours with temperatures in the upper 30's I was completely comfortable. They are very soft and warm on the inside. My favorite part is that the pants stop at the waste with suspenders that continue over your shoulder, which allows me to draw my bow back easily. The only thing that i dont like is that burrs stick to them but they do brush off farly easy"

"Got these for my first bow season this year. It can be really chilly sitting in a stand in Northern Michigan, so I needed something warm, but I was not willing to spend the kind of money that some of the adult camo costs. I am fairly small, so I thought I might be able to cheat and get by with the youth camo. I measure 34, 26, 36. I ordered the pants in an XL and they fit great!!! I could still wear my long underwear and another pair of pants over that. They were very warm, even on some of the nights that it was snowing hard. They kept me dry as well. I killed my first buck with my bow wearing the pants and 4-in-1 parka. I was a very happy lady!!! I would buy them again."

"I am a woman and wore these pants hunting Caribou in Quebec. After a couple of hours they leaked and within 3 hours they were not only soaked, but added alot of weight as I was hunting. It was difficult to keep them up with the additional water weight. They were soaked and holding alot of water."

"I ordered this camo insulated pants for my 13 year old in size XL per Cabela's sizing specs and the fit is perfect. Plenty of comfortable moving space and some room to grow. Not bulky or hard to get on, very user friendly with the adjustable suspenders. This is cold weather gear for sure as these pants are plenty warm. He'll appreciate them when hunting elk this winter. The Advantage camo works for our woods in Colorado just fine. This is getting what you pay for, I feel the price was worth it."
