"We live in central louisiana where the weather isn't truely all that cold but the moister in the air brings the tempature down from a true forty degress to filling like mid to lower thirties and my dauther and myself ride 4wheelers to and from our stands, by the way the coveralls is for her, we get pretty cold. There will be two more sets of them ordered, one for my wife and one for myself.
PS- Thanks Cabela's"

cabela's late season coveralls,March 8, 2009
By msdasfrom cedar rapids, ia
"I purchased this same item about ten years ago for my boyfriend. Last year the knees had holes and the front was showing wear. For Valentine's Day I started to search for another pair. When I checked the internet it said out of stock can't order, however, I called a customer service rep and she found me a pair. I was very pleased. The item has changed some. Velcro around the cuffs instead of stretch cuff inside the sleeve and the collar and hood are alittle bit different but the quality appears to be the same. Not often do you find a product that has lasted this long because he wore this more in a year than he didn't."

Coveralls,February 2, 2009
By BrownSaddlefrom Maryland
"Wanted something warm for cold weather hunting that would not put a hole in my wallet. These coveralls are exactly that. Extremely quite for late seaon bowhunting. Had to replace my old late seaon clothing that was too noise from another outdoor company. Great products and shipping as always. May want to order a size larger, Im 5 11 and the large is just a tad small."

another quality Cabela's product,January 6, 2009
By doctormarsfrom Connecticut
"This is a well made quality product and everybody who hunt's in a treestand or still hunts late into the season should have a set of these. Very warm and very easy to get on and off whether your in a stand or on the ground. This product is so warm and comfortable I wouldn't walk around with it on but it is light and easy to carry into to the woods to put on before a long sit."

Late Season Coveralls,December 25, 2008
By cop4432from Central Maine
"I purchased these coveralls this year for the fall deer hunt in Maine. The weather was brutally cold and I spend at least 8 hours sitting in my stand with little movement. These coveralls kept me comfortable in 30 degree temperatures with insulated underwear and jeans and a fleece shirt. They blocked the wind very well and even with the cold morning temps I was able to sit still without the shivering I normally experienced with a lesser coverall. I would recommend these coveralls to anyone that sits in the cold for long periods of time. The only downside to these coveralls is you get hot if your walking around your hunting area. I guess this still isn't a bad thing since my hunting buddies went back to the warmth of their homes while I sat all day long with opportunities on a nice buck and doe. The shots never presented themselves but I enjoyed the comfort of the long days hunts. I would recommend these coveralls to anyone that sits for long periods of time during the hunt and even the long days on the lakes ice fishing. Thanks Cabela for a quality product. Worth every penny."

Late season coveralls,December 16, 2008
By 300Savfrom central Fl
"Bought my coveralls about 11 years ago and they are...great. Worn them in all kinds of bad weather ( snow storms, wind, very cold temps, etc) and they do as advertised..... keep you warm. That "big" hood really keeps my head warm as well. Have had to replace one front zipper due to failure and one side leg zipper due to failure. Original leg zippers were to small to start with so I replaced it with a heavy duty 2-way one. Plus, you can machine wash-um, dry-um and your good to go. Year after year. I was cold for a lot of years but these babies have done the job....... keeping me warm. Both my boys and granson wear-um. Thanks to me."

"I got these coveralls right in the middle of Deer season. The coveralls were very good as far as keeping me warm on the deer post. The temperature got down to the upper teens, but I was warm and comfortable. This product was a good buy and a good value. Ishould get several very good years of service."

"When combined with the right layering, this coverall didn't disappoint me. Perfect for cold weather stand hunting (only if you pack it in). Full length leg zippers easily allow you to put this on even over the heaviest of pack boots."

late season coverals,November 21, 2008
By mrlateseasonfrom indiana
"I had purchasd a pair of thinsulate late season coverals .from cabelas before .Which were made better had snaps over the zippers which made them alot warmer. These do have a couple of new features i like velcro closure on the sleeve and velcro on the hood .However for late season deer hunting i believe they need abot 400-600 grams thinsulate sitting for 4 or more hrs in windy conditions you still get very cold even with base layer an long under wear on i find my old coverals are much better .Problems is the leg zipper which i broke no fault of cabelas .but they do not offer a replacment zipper an i can't find one in my area. i was dissapointed in these not nearly as well made."

"I have worn these bow hunting in 30 to 40 degree tempatures with 5 to 20 mph winds and have stayed warm and comfortable (with longjohns, sweater and hat). I have not used the hood yet but may during gun season. Well worth the money, I have recommended these coveralls to my kids."

Mossy Oak Zuit suit ( coveralls),January 29, 2008
By Mondo
"I bought these coveralls to wear on cold nights on the river fishing for sturgon. Although I haven't had the oppertunity to go on the river yet, I was able to try the coveralls out in some cold and snow, and I remained warm and dry. The leg zippers go all the way up allowing easy access in or out. Velcro wrist straps keep a tight wrap around gloves. Big pockets, and a hood that wraps around exposeing only the face to the eliments. Glad I have them."
