Great Vest Bad Zipper,

"I bought this vest recently and had it out hunting twice so far this year. The vest is comfortable not to heavy and has nice deep pockets, however, the zipper splits from the bottom and come undone. this happened when I was digging in the pockets for things. When walking around with the vest to and from my stand and general movement doesn't cause a problem for the zipper. However the zipper is just unstable and will split on you. I was able to force and unzip and and re zip with out a problem but still a huge disappointment. Apart from that I like the vest it is generous in size just order the same size you would wear for a jacket and you should be fine."

"The vest fits well and is comfortable it also has a clean look and is not over loaded with zippers and snaps. I used it for hunting Antelope in Wyoming and it worked out great."

Sturdy but not enough secure pockets,

"One zippered pocket. Outside pockets are closed with snaps but things could still easily spill out. The inside pockets are Velco and there is not enough of it to keep items secure. Velcro is noisy. On the other hand the cloth is sturdy and the it is very comfortable to wear. I don't know where it was tested as burr proof, though. It looks more like a burr magnet.
It can fit over othe clothing or should provide extra wind protection though. It's too bad no one makes a cloth dayglow orange vest with secure pockets and a game bag. Even deer hunters could use a cargo bag in the back."

"Very comfortable with plenty of pockets which are good for storing your range finder and binoculars. I own the Seclusion 3D version and I had a doe look directly at me and couldn't see me as I was still hunting. There's no doubt that people can definitely see you but the deer can't unless you're moving."

Nice vest,

"I returned mine because it was way too big. I am 6' 5", and 250lbs. Taking into consideration a heavy coat I bought the XXXL, and it was huge on me. I might have gotten away with the XL the way they are sized. The vest did feel like it was made out of great material, and well made, but I obviously was not able to put it through the test."

"Very nice vest. My pants picked up every burr, but this vest did not pick up any. I wear a 2xl and got this in 3x and could layer up with 3 good layers underneath. Seems like very tough material.
There were lots of pockets with very nice snaps, chest pocket is zippered. Handwarmer pockets are lined with soft layer and with a couple of grabbers kept my hands warm at 10 degrees with knit gloves."

"I have had the burr proof vest for two seasons and like that it has pockets for a few of my items. The downside of the vest I bought is that the snaps are coming out of the material and rendering the pockets useless. I would much rather see hook and loop closures or even magnets."

"This is a great vest, the hand warmer pockets work fine. The 2 large pockets on the outside will hold a full box of shells. I known you only need 1 shell, but on the unlucky days you have room for more. Cell phone or a family radio fits great in the outside chest pocket"
