Not good,

"Well I purchased this kit not too long ago and let me say that this is the worst sling I have ever used. The sling I got was the mossy oak pattern with the word remington on it. It is a very nice looking sling until you try and adjust it. I can't recall a more difficult sling to try and adjust. I don't know if this sling was manufactured wrong but I can't for the life of me adjust this thing with one hand. It's even a pain to adjust it with two hands. Supposedly this sling has a one-handed adjustment buckle. If so not the case with my sling. Does anyone have any idea what the deal with this sling is? The adjustment buckle is not moving anywhere."

Good item, but doesn' fit Model 1100,

"The ad for this item said it would fit the Model 1100. Well, it does, but it is 3/16" too short. I made a washer by slicing a 3/16" piece off a 3/4" pvc coupling.
Otherwise the item is great!"

"Worked well and is made of good quality. My only complaint is that if you twist the sling to much, switching shoulders alot or torque it much, the outside edge of the sling swivel that holds the sling will rotate and wear/scratch the bluing off the underside of barrel"

"The hardware doesnt cover the detents and metal flange on my 1100's forend, it is actualy made for an 870 but it does the job ok.
Nice sling"

"The item was rec'd in record time after ordering, and arrived in perfect condition - no damage or tampering with the original manufacturer's packaging was noted.
The item came with easily understood instructions, and was installed with no trouble whatsoever with minimal tools - only a drill and appropriate size drill bit were needed to drill a hole for the buttstock swivel stud. Even this task was done with no difficulty and in minimal time.
The Magazine Tube Cap (w/ sling attached) simply screwed into place of the existing factory tube cap. All that was left to do then was to attach the quickly-detachable swivel on the oppoite end of the sling to the buttstock stud - which took about three seconds - adjust the sling to the desired length with ease, and the project was complete.
The product and the projected installation were both first rate, professional, and easily done. The sling looks and performs perfectly in every sense. Couldn't imagine it being any easier."

"The tube cap and swivel stud are perfect. Easy to install as well.
The sling is very shiny and reflective so took some sandpaper to it to dull it down. Other than that, nice little package."
