down. The heavyweight double-sided fleece shell withstands the abuse of the roughest terrains, yet never makes a
sound.
And since it compresses tightly, it can be efficiently layered under heavier garments in cold conditions without worry
of excess bulk. The vest has two zippered slash pockets and a full-zip front, along with a stand-up collar. The
drawstring hem has cord-lock adjustments and a license loop. WindShear is a special laminate-backed
high-performance fabric that blocks wind, yet breathes to let perspiration vapor escape, keeping you dry and
comfortable.
When used as a lining, WindShear increases the insulation value without significantly adding to the weight
or affecting the fit of the garment. The vests also are impregnated with a Scent Eliminator treatment that
kills the bacteria that causes odor, helping to keep garments totally scent-free. This unique formulation works

"Great vest and very warm. Its a little short for my liking ....seems to finish above my waist. In saying that its very warm and eliminates that chilly back feeling and nice on the neck. Also i ordered a size bigger thinking i would need to allow room for layering. I think that cabelas have already taken that into consideration. So just order your normal size and you will still have plenty of room."

"Upon receiving the vest I could not wait to try it on. The sizing chart was not as accurate as with most clothing. I normally wear a Large but it was way to small, had to return for X-Large, this was the first return! When I received the second it fit okay but the draw string tabs at the waist did not work! So it was returned again! This time I ordered the Dimension Fleece with windshear/ScentEliminator. This one I recommend in place of the Legacy Fleece. Almost the same thing but without the returns! I would not recommend buying from the bargain cave, it seams to be seconds!"

"I have recently worn this vest on a Javelina hunt where the temperatures varied from the high 20's to mid 50"s. This vest, along with a light jacket kept me warm and comfortable throughout the entire hunt. It is not bulky, and can be unzipped to vent heat and perspiration when extra exertion requires. I highly recommend this vest.

"I got this for bow season so I have not used it yet but I did purchase a windshear turtle neck this year and it was awesome. I figure with that turtle neck and this vest I should be very comfortable down to the 30's or so. I think this will illiminate the need for a jacket until it gets into the 20's. Less bulk it a good thing when bow hunting.

"So far so good, the vest keeps the wind out and the chill off. Great layering addition for late season bowhunters looking to keep bulk at a minimum and add warmth. Zipper is quiet and the collar fits perfectly when fully zipped. (Won't bother your anchor point at full draw) . I wear it over & under Scentlok, so I can't say how well the Scent eliminator works. Overall I'm pretty satisfied."

"I rarely have to return products to cabela's but had to return this vest. It is very short, barely coining to my belt line, and I'm only 6'1". There is no tall model offered and the XXL is wider, not longer. I would not recommend this to anyone over 6'."
