When we put the name "Ultimate" on these hip boots, we made sure they were the most durable, comfortable and
affordable boots on the market. And now we've improved them even more by using a specially formulated rubber that
dramatically increases durability yet remains soft and flexible for comfortable all-day wear. An air-bob outsole grabs
the softest mud for a stable footing, while the comfortable, contoured ankle fit cradles and supports your ankle for
long days of walking and standing on soft, unstable surfaces. This ankle-fit construction also prevents the boot from
pulling loose when trudging through the thickest mud. The upper skirt of the wader is backed with stretch nylon to
increase the comfort of the upper and make for easy on and off. And to ensure your waders fit as snugly through the
lower leg as they do in the ankle, a specialized calf harness with Velcro® adjustment prevents any sagging or
slippage. Available in an uninsulated model for use in warm weather and a model packed with 600-gram
Thinsulate™ to keep your feet warm while standing in icy waters. Nylon web belt strap with quick-release
buckles.
