Great boot,November 19, 2009
By MikkeyfromIndyfrom Indiana
"This is the best pair of rubber boots I have ever owned. The only thing keeping me from the 5 star rating is the weight of the boot. It is a little heavy for me but I have lower back problems. I love the zipper on the side, makes it alot easier to put on and take off. Definately worth the money for this product."
"I bought these boots two seasons ago and they have all ready split. When i first purchased these boots they were perfect, warm and comfortable kept my feet dry. When the next season came around it was only two or three time out in the field in which my feet were soak before i even sat down. As any other hunter you count on your boots and i was just very displeased with the durability of these boots."

"I bought these boots and have only used them for a couple of months so far, but they seem to be very warm and are easy to get on and take off. They are a little tight around the calf but I have large calves and they are still fine. I have read about a few pairs wearing out very fast and hope that this will not happen to me. For now though, they are great fitting, comfortable, warm and best of all MUCH easier to get on and off after a hard day of hunting."

"These were purchased as a gift. The recipient was extremely satisfied with the product, and since he lives in an area where the snowfall and temperature in winter are similar to the UP in Michigan, he said he would definitely have made this purchase himself if not received as a present. Wears them all the time, and they do exactly as described in your catalogue. Great product!!!"

"Seems to be a well made boot that serves its function well. I purchased them for my dis-abled brother in law who has trouble pulling boots on so I would recommend that the side zipper go most of the way down to the sole instead of stopping half way down. I believe it would be well worth any extra cost."
These boots are well worth the money.,December 31, 2008

"Iowa winters can be pretty harsh and so far these boots have held up to the test. Not to tight on the ankles like lots of boots I have tried on. Zippers make them easy to get on and off."
Great boots,December 15, 2008

"These boots are great. Temperature when I wore these during hunting was not too cold at 25°F but I wore regular cotton socks and my feet were never even close to cold. I'm confident in very cold conditions, with wool socks they would have no problem keeping your feet warm. Completely dry in the sloppiest muddy conditions. Crossed a creek 4-6 inches deep, 15 feet wide without a drop of moisture on my feet. Great grip on slippery ground. Easy cleanup and very comfortable and the side zip is a must! Highly reccommend."

"I wear these boots a lot for turkey hunting, deer hunting, and for walking in wet grass etc when working outdoors. My first pair lasted 1 year before developing holes where the rubber creases due to flexing while walking (can still wear them but no longer waterproof) - I would of like to see them last 2 years thus the 4 rating - otherwise they are very comfortable, warm and I have already bought a new pair"

"What a pair of boots. Comfort and warmth. Have used these fishing and deer hunting this season. Coldest morning was -3 below Zero, and I was warm for a 3 hr sit. Very stable for walking. The only thing I would change is that I wish they came a little wider for extra socks on those cold mornings."
Nice warm boots !,December 8, 2008
By stiffwindpsrfrom middle TN
"Bought these boots to wear in cold weather and they kept my feet warm w/temps in the teens. They fit well and are as comfy as more expensive rubber boots. They are NOT made for walking very far due to the weight and bulkiness of them. For sitting on stand they are top notch. I got the side zip boots w/1200gr and my cold toe problem has been fixed. The side zip helps with the on/off of the boots. Really nice boot for the money !!!"
Comfort Trac Side zip boots,September 22, 2008
By cwo1from A northern Michigan swamp hunter!
"The foot bed to the boots fit well. My shoe size was correct. I can not say much good about the ankle & calf volume. I tried the boots on with one pair of light weight hiking socks. It was very difficult to get foot past very narrow ankle opening. What happens in winter when you want to put on a "winter weight" hunting sock? Once my foot was in, zipping the boots up was also difficult. My calf was too big. It was as if a generic size upper (too small) had been attached to size 13 boot bottoms. If you have bigger feet and large ankles & calfs I'm not sure this boot will fit well for you! It doesn't seem to me that the size of the upper half of the boot matched the size of a 13 foot bed!"

"these are the most comfortable rubber boots hands down they fit like a glove, and the zipper does help but still a little rough to get off, but what do you expect. The durability is excellent and also very worm. thanks agian cabelas. I can never go wrong."

"I haven't had the opportunity to use these boots in the field yet, but they are a well built boot that is comfortable once getting them on. They are a bit difficult to get in and out of, but with the use of a boot jack they come off easily enough."

Comfortable and Warm!,January 8, 2008
By GarettPBfrom Wallkill, NY
"These boots were not only comfortable, they were warm in temperatures down to 15 degrees. They allow good circulation when sitting in a stand. I would however suggest some warm boot covers OR if you are in a very cold climate buy the 2,000 gram boots, as these do have a tendency to get cold after 3-4 hours. However, I think it is the best pair of waterproof, comfortable, scent free, gripping boots I have ever worn.
Make sure you buy good socks to go with them - and follow the sizing charts and recommendations."
