"I've worn out lots of work boots and some very expensive boots were so uncomfortable they wore me out.
I've worn a pair of these boots for years and they are just lately starting to come apart. When working hard or just out walking they have proven to be extremely comfortable and durable good-looking boots. I'm now buying an unisulated pair and an insulated pair. "To start off the first couple days they were stiff but after being broke in they are one of the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, I am not just saying that they are great, I have flat feet so I need a good arch support and these are what the Doctor ordered, I have been a Auto/ Truck Master tech for 35 years so do a lot walking on cement floors and whatever else I put my boots through, I would most definitely recommend them to a friend, I give these boots a 5 Star rating. "I purchased my first pair of these boots back in December, all winter long my feet were toasty warm and my socks were nice and dry! My feet sweat, and I bought the 400g insulated style, no wet socks...! I work with fuel oil, diesel, grease etc, I have not cleaned them since I bought them and they still look great! The extra effort put into the toe and heel for protection definately make all the difference. I also broke my right heel a couple years ago, and once the boots were broken in to my feet, which was about 2 weeks, my foot did not ache, and walking on concrete, blacktop, and up and down into my big-rig, these boots are comfortable and I highly recommend them ! 2 weeks ago I purchased a second pair that will stay clean and away from oil and dirt to be used when I ride my motorcycle. Thank-You Cabelas !!"

"My son works in commercial construction in southeast Kansas, and went through a couple of sets of other name-brand expensive boots that were comfortable, but did not keep his feet dry. Other workers recommended these boots so we ordered a pair. He is 'crazy' about these boots; they are true work horses, and stand up to the mud, water and everything else a construction site throws at him.
The only problem he had with them is that they seemed to leak, but we figured out his feet were sweating in them and they weren't drying out. I ordered a Peet Boot Dryer, and that has been fantastic. He puts them on the dryer every night, and leaves them on it over the weekend. He is so happy to put on a nice warm, dry pair of boots every morning now.
I am ordering him another pair of these boots today, to alternate with his current pair. His first ones look worn, but like the old Timex ads, they 'take a licking and keep on ticking.'
I initially bought the size D, and had to return it for the EE."
