"Very comfortable from the first day. Best buy for the money. It has only been a month and the boots are getting more and more comfortable by the day. I would recommend this boot to anyone who is looking for a good boot for a good price. I did however grease the boot. The boots don't leak at all. I walk in mud all day. No leaks. Thanks Cabelas."

"I have used this boot, and i highly recommend it, i work on a production job for 12-13 hrs on concrete, im not one of these people who really care that much about looks of boot for work, i just want my feet not to hurt, and thats hard to do on concrete, for the price of boot and the comfort it gives, you cant go wrong, in my line of work my boot averages only around 6-8mos before the soles wear out, due to the concrete floors, now if i can persuade cabelas to make this boot in gortex, it would have it all !!! THANKS CABELAS FOR A GREAT BOOT AT A RESONABLE PRICE !!"

"Excellent in all respects. I particularly like the sole. Does not have an agressive tread to collect dirt. I think that the wedge sole provides more cushioning. Ithink they are great. These are my work boots so I bought a second pair so I could alternate every day. Lets them get good and dry between wearings. Like back in the service."

"I made a mistake when I ordered these, I ment to get the ones wtih no steel toes. After wearing them for about an hour in the house I decided they were going to be ok. After wearing them to work I wish I would have sent them back. But there was no break in period they are comfortable and of good quality. I work in the elements all year long and they seem to hold up very well."

"These are great boots. Confortable, safe, and protect your feet well. My hips and back fee great also. Only problem is the open eyelets for the string tie are too small for working hands. If they were a little bigger and could take bigger strings it would be a perfect boot."

"I bought these boots because of the excellent reviews. I dont think there quit as grand as everyone claims, however they appear to be worth what I paid. Much more comfortable w/ thick or 2 pairs of socks. Soles have impressed me so far but they only have 6 weeks on them so time will tell. I would guess the'll be worn out in 6mo of daily use. Leather is not as durable as others."

"And yes they are better than the $200.00 red wings that they replaced. Red wings are no slipper, and these beat them in comfort hands down. I work with concrete and these boots are holding up great. Most $100.00 boots fail after 6 months and some only last 3 months (sears). I love my Cabelas brand items. I knew it was going to be a good day. Went to see the cardnals play after buying my boots. AND THEY WON!!!! Beat the Hawks. Yes a good buy."

"I bought these boots for my brother who is a tree climber, it's a dangerous job. He uses a chainsaw for his everyday activities so I thought the steel toe would be a good idea. But as it turn out these boots have no tread, his cleats or climbing gear that attaches to his boots had nothing to hold onto. This made things up in a tree not so pleasent when your boots need to be the most solid part of your gear. The boots however have a thick sole so if you work in construction the boots may be a great fit to protect from nails. Definatly not a woods boot."

"I have tried other boots. Most aren't comfortable at the end of the day and tend to tear up easily.
These steel toe boots however are quite comfortable. I can wear them through a twelve hour shift and not worry about my feet. They will certainly be pain free.
And the boots are quite durable. I work around metal everyday and these boots always hold up well.
I would highly recommend these boots to anyone who is thinking of trying them."
