sure beats draging it,
October 26, 2009
By kzplacer

"Ok So far we used it three times and yes it sure beats draging. I was lucky and did not have to use the cart on a slope or side of a mountian. Not sure if the game would stay on without some rope to tie it to the cart. Sure work great for me."

"The cart performed very well. I used to haul a bear 3/4 of a mile out of the woods over some very rough terrian. It was easy to assemble and easy to use after it was colabsed. I plan to use this fall for whitetail deer."

moose hunting,
September 18, 2009
By MooseHunter101
from Alaskan who knows the wilderness

"The only thing I really see wrong with gits is that, with moose you have about a hundred+ pounds per quarter of meat rolling on two wheel's and theirs now way to keep it steady. I guess this really only apples to those who hunt in other places than ALASKA. the way I see it to me is really made for a place to hunt for things other than ALASKA. I would be more then great full to test what every they have during the times of the season if they would like in any kind of situation. because I have lost of family to get information's from. I would give them the thins and we would see what they say. plane and simple. the best thing in Alaska would be a deer slay. Just the plane old sled, over the grass then this thing. Our terrain here in Alaska is much worse then what you would think."

good thing to have,

"i got this cart due to bad back it's easy to put together but the bolts for are easy to bend so i bought pins for it so i don't have to carry tools with me to take it apart so it'll fold down like is says the reason for the 4 star is the handle was missing and the smail from the tires i called cabela's and they told me how to get rid of the rubber smail. and they are also going to make it right about the missing handle.this is the main reason i shop at cabela's if something isn't right they make it right no song or dancing around about missing parts.other sport shops would give you a hasle.thank you cabela's for being the best storts shop around.i would recommmend this to everyone and to my friends."

Weak wheels,
December 1, 2008
By Javjax
from Milwaukee, WI
|
"I bought this for the collapsible feature. Tried to haul out my first deer with this cart but one of the plastic wheels cracked after 50 yards. Had to drag the deer and the remains of the cart 600 yards to the truck. This product needs to be redesigned with stronger wheels.
Do not buy this cart or any cart with plastic wheels."

Cheap!,
November 25, 2008
By Jamie07
from Verona Island, Maine
|
"If you want to use this in the woods, rough terrain.....don't buy this. I shot a Buck in Northern Maine and my wife had got this one for me last Christmas. I thought this was going to make my drag alot easier but after going less then 5' the left wheel broke around the hub. The plastic is very weak. I will pay more and get the metal rims next time."

"Iv'e had this cart for about 4 years now,and hauled probably 3 or 4 deer with it.I in the past I have had the pins come out and lost the inner hub for one of the wheels. The cart had worked okay up until this season when I hauled a deer up an uneven hill in it's weight shifted and the tire colasped .The cart frame is well constructed but the tires are junk! I need replacement tired and hubs now and don't know how to obtain them."

Callasible Game Cart - Failure,
July 21, 2008
By campr4
|
"The idea was great had it worked. But one of the wheels failed with less than 100 lbs on it 25 yards into our mile plus hike to our camp site. The cart is rated for 300 lbs. My husband and I and two small children made the trek to and from the trailhead many times to get our gear to our site without assistance........ the family time was great, the cart was a failure....... The item has been returned for refund. The star is a required field so it should be noted as a negative one."

"Collapsable Wheel Cart",
May 26, 2008
By HuntJunky
from Utah
|
"A neat, compact design at a fair price, but would recommend spending more for for a cart with sturdier wheels. These plastic wheels are not for this application. They do not meet the indicated rating as lateral forces are not taken into account. For level ground use only with relatively smooth terrain. No good for elk or mule deer country. We ended up using as a skid on a 1 1/2 mile retrieval of Gemsbok 1/2s on a recent hunt to White Sands missle range where no offroad travel is allowed. Both wheels buckled on a slight sidehill route."

GREAT,
April 14, 2008
By DemanNo1
from I live, fish and hunt in Southern Mississippi.

"I wished I would have purchased the game cart years ago. It is so much easier to load and unload all my gear on it to take to my secret deep woods hunting spot and I can break it down and leave it with just a few well placed limbs and brush.
I really do plan on buying another as a gift for my hunting buddies so they don;t ask to use mine.
Great item and great price!"
