"It seems to work because I've taken two fat does with my cross-bow this fall while hunting from the ground in a 3-D carbon camo-suit. One was taken directly down-wind at 20-yards and the doe did not scent me (after washing the suit in the Scent-Lok wash)."

"I bought this to wash all of my new Scent-Lok stuff that I now use for predator (mainly coyote) hunting. You only need a capful to do normal-sized load of hunting clothes. Wash your stuff in this. Dry it with Scent-Lok dryer sheet or line dry and then place in Scent-Lok storage bag or box. Keep it as scent-free as possible for your next bow (deer) season or predator hunt. I strongly recommend it!"

"As a product I find this to be excellent. It does a great job washing my hunting clothing and gear.
I would have give it five stars but I think it is a bit pricy for a clothing wash. If you don't mind paying top of the line prices then by all means use the wash.
I do feel there are others out there just as good for less money hence the four star rating."

"used this product twice for my bow hunting clothes, came out of washer and dryer with no scents. next day hunting i had four deer under my stand for twenty minutes in the morning with a little breeze, not one deer picked me up. love the scent lok technology."

"I'm happy to say that this is my second bottle this year alone
because I wanna stock up for next year. I really think it helped me a lot,with a small combination of scent killer spray
and the clothes wash, I was able to take a nice 6x6 Roosevelt
this last rifle season. The wind was all wrong and yet he didnt
catch a wiff of me at 51 yards. The stuff really works great!
Dont think so? Try it yourself and see! I would still always use
scent-lok clothes regardless what you wash with!"

"The clothing wash seems to be the best alternative to using the scented detergent you get at the store. It is definitley odorless and claims to not fade the camoflauge. I've washed my clothes with it about 4-5 times and I haven't noticed any fade. I would recommend if you can't find a cheaper, odorless detergent somewhere else."

"2006 bow / deer season in NJ was the first time I used Scent-Lok carbon clothing. I had bought the full camo clothing from Cabelas last year & washed it at the start of the season with Scent-Lok brand wash as required. I air dried and then followed the instructions for dryer activation of the clothing.
I havested a beautiful 8-point buck from my loggy treestand this season using the Scent-Lok products. The buck had twice looked directly at me at 18 yds (while I remained absolutely motionless) and it never detected my scent -- even with changing wind conditions! Great product and great success using it! --- Baldi"

"If you ever have trouble being winded by deer, try using this clothing wash. It eliminates all scents completely. It's amazing how close you can get to deer without them smelling you. I wash ALL of my hunting clothing before my trips and then spray them with the Scent-Lok Spray Killer Accessory Wash.
On some recent hunting trips, my brother and I had several deer walk literally within 8-9 feet of us and not pick up our scent. One bottle of the concentrated wash goes a long way. A 1/4 cup does a large load."

"When it comes to bowhunting I am very paranoid about scent. I realize that when the wind is blowing toward the direction that the deer are coming chances are they probably are going to catch your scent. But I can't help but get upset and wonder what I could have done differently. I used this product for the first time this bowseason and I never heard a deer wind me. Even in the Texas heat when it was over 90 degrees in the afternoon I didn't have a deer wind me and I had them come in as close as 7 yards from the base of my lean-to. The clothing wash worked great with my scent-lot jacket and pants as well as my other clothing whenever it was too hot to wear my scent-lot."
