"Honestly, I haven’t tried many of the other sock offerings available. All I know is what I know, for sure. And, I know Cabela’s wool boot socks well. I am no stranger to cold – sub-zero – temperatures. When I order boots for serious winter temperatures, I always order them an extra size larger than my foot. That's because I want room for not one, but two, pair of these socks. They are thick; durable; soft and, warm wool. In my book (boots), that’s a ten on a five scale."

"I'm very satisfied, I've bought four pairs of these for my Cabela's 9" Winter Sport™ Boots plus I've purchased Cabela's Outfitter Series Liner Socks for additional warmth & breathability and it seems they all together perform as advertised. Cabela's wool boot socks are incredible thick, warm, sturdy and easy to maintain because they are machine washable which is another, great plus. Because of their thickness go half or even one size up with your boots. Size is accurate, they won't slide down. Cabela's thank you once again for great product on very competitive price."

"These are by far the best socks I have ever owned. Very reasonably priced, so buy a few pair for every member of the family. Have not worn them inside my Sorrel Boots yet, but I know they will be nice and warm. The real test will come when i relocate to Alaska or elsewhere in the great Northwest. Would suggest "hand-washing" them and let them "air-dry". Thanx cabelas for another fine product."

"These are the best socks that I own! Fantastic comfort and quality! Plenty of padding around the foot to make the socks very comfortable and keep the heat in.
