"What can I say. Rocky boots always fit me very well. The quality of these particular boots were as expected, very good. I own approximately 8 pairs of Rocky Brand boots, with 7 out of 8 being exceptionaly well fitting and of above average quality for the price. If you favor a western style without the achilles tendon shrinking syndrome related to "high heel" western boots, these are for you."

"The boots are very comfortable and require almost no break in period.The only complaint I have is that they make my feet sweat a little more than normal. A little foot powder takes care of that problem. The sweat is well worth comfort and quality that the boots provide.

"I was reluctant to wear my boots the first time, because I had too much to do and couldn't afford sore feet. Finally, I put them on, because my old pair of boots got wet. Lo, and behold, I sat down at the end of the day and couldn't belief I hadn't rushed to get them off as soon as I got in the door (as I always had with my old boots) They are light, waterproof and very, very, comfortable. I ordered the wide boot because I have a Wide Foot and they really are comfortable. I have already suggested them to several of my friends."

"These boots were uncomfortable from the beginning. They have a seem running horizontally across the tongue that dug into my ankle. The "waterproofing" only lasted for two weeks of walking through snow. I have spent a lot less for much better boots, and well never spend another penny on Rocky boots."

"Since the boots don't come in a narrow width, they tend to gather and fold at the toe just below the laces. They might work well if you have a very wide, thick foot."

"I have wore different types of Rocky boots over the years and these by far are the most comfortable! Like walking on a cushion.
They provide excellent support and your feet never get tired. Rugged enough to stand up to just about anything, yet stylish enough for a night on the town. I hope Rocky keeps this style around for years to come; I'll be back for another pair.

"I have an ankle injury and these high lace boots are excellent for support. I am a doctor and wear these to work. I actually recommend them to my patients with ankle pain. They are good in the field or in the workplace. Definately an asset to those with chronic ankle injuries."

"I just purchased a pair of the waterproof 9 in lacers. As soon as I got them home I put them on to see how they felt. They were so comfortable I wore them on a 2 mile walk and had no problems with the right out of the box boots. I also wore them to work on the second day and wore them for more than 12 hours with no discomfort (I sit a desk). One note however: I had the chance to try them on before I bought them. I ended up going with 1/2 size larger than normal."

"I have owned these boots for two months and they are great.They are the most comfortable boot I have owned to date and they keep my feet dry. I go to different jobsites everyday that can be either wet or dusty and at the end of the day my feet have stayed dry. I bought these boots after reading the reviews and because they are waterproof. When they wear out I plan on a second pair."

"I pulled these boots out of the box and wore them to work the first day. I had no discomfort at all and they seem to be more comfortable every day I wear them. I work outside, in and out of vehicles, grain bins, ladders and I go through mud and snow. So far my feet have stayed dry which is a lot better than I can say for some more expensive brands I have tried. I do have only one complaint at no fault to the boot, but I find myself cleaning them often so I can wear them on the weekends too! I am considering buying a second pair as dress/casual so I won't have to clean my work boots as often."
