"I used to use monofilament as a main line and P-ine floroclear as a leader until I got into some clear water wild trout and found that these fish were line shy. My fishing partner using P-Line out fished me 5 - 1 until I tossed the mono and switched to floroclear. Now I use P-Line on both my spinning and trolling rigs. It is a little trickier to tie a knot that will not slip such as a clinch knot, but if you tie a good knot even an improved clinch it will not slip. I also noticed that when you do tie a good knot it is just as strong as a mono knot. Test your fishing lines for visibility. Take your lines into a dark place and see what they do under a UV light. Some of those old favorite mono lines GLOW!"

"I got a 3,000 yard spool of P-Line flouroclear fishing line for my newest Cabela's Combo rod and reel. It actually out-fished the other two trolling rods on the most recent trips. So I reckon all the combos will be getting lined with the new P-Line Floroclear Fishin Line from that big spool. It landed some lunker LM bass on this last outing! Much to Grandpa's and Grand-Daughter's delight! Two fish bigger than the pound test we use!
Kid tested, Grandpa approved!"

Increased Bass Catches:,November 5, 2007

"Since I changed to P-Line, flouroclear, (12# test) my bass production has tripled. It seems odd to not catch only one or two bass on an outing. Last saturday my wife and I caught 22 large mouth bass in the St John's river near Deland, Florida on rubber worms and before that I was lucky to catch two or maybe three. We did this in less than four hours. I credit it to the invisable charastics of the line, and the ease in casting. The casting is easy, but you must be careful and watch for backlashes. Tighten your casting control the way it should be. I also found out that when using a bait caster as I do, I try to end the cast with the reel in a horizontal position instead of straight up. I do not know if this is helping or it is just my brain playing tricks, but it seems to help me."

"Gentlemen:
For the second year in a row I have purchased a bulk spool (3,000 yds) of 20 pound test, P-Line. I use this for both salt water as well as fresh water fishing. For line size, strength, and color I think it is the best fishing line available at a reasonable cost."
