"If you own Lee reloading equipment, this book should be on your loading bench. There are no punches pulled about Lee loading equipment, and there are many great pieces of advice and wisdom for both the long time re loader as well as for the novice. Although this book is primarily aimed at the Lee equipment users, it would be well worth the user of any reloading equipment to take the time to study its concepts. I have a book shelf full of books containing reloading data above my bench, and this is always the first one I look at when starting a new load run. It was my pleasure to purchase this latest edition from Cabelas, the price was right, and the shipping fast. I hope to have many more opportunities to frequent their store."

"If you remeber Herter's (especially George's books) you'll love this manual. It reminds me of the useful and homey tips ion the old Herter's books.
It's full of useful articles anhd has loads for both cast and jacketed bullets.
The only thing lacking is any discussion of shot shell reloading."

"If you are buying this book for load data and use Lee equipment, there's no additional data that's not included in a Lee die set. Otherwise, there is a ton of information about reloading and making own bullets.
Overall it's a good book for those who want to learn more than how much powder to put in a case, and tons of load data for every round you can think of.
Price/Shipping - Cabela's was the best I could find."

"I'm new to reloading, and have read several manuals, but Lee Modern Reloading Manual - 2nd Ed. is so far the best. it is informative, accurate, has an extensive list of charge data, as well as cast lead pressure conversions for the "MYOB" (that's Mold Your Own Bullets) crowd. It is also an interesting, and anecdotally funny read. Bearing in mind that this is a Brand specific manual, Mr. Lee is biased, but keeps his bias ethical and fair, and even states that it is biased, and makes the effort to keep any stumping and soap-box rhetoric to other brands that have since disappeared from the market, and even gives praise to current competition where applicable.
All in all, I found this to be a great beginner's book and would probably even be a good book for the experienced reloader (new data, solid research, some long held and oft-time hotly debated myths dispelled)."
