"The Ratchet-Tite Boat Cover - was exactly what was advertised in the catalog. It fit my 17' Chris Craft V-Hull I/O perfectly. All the parts were present and the instructions were clear. It went on correctly the first time and the fit was very good. I didn't notice any flapping or bulging even when the boat was towed at highway speeds."

"For a generic cover it fit really well. The windshield padding was a little off so I taped a towel to the cover like the instructions said. Other than that it fit like a glove!"

"Excellent fit. Because my beam is a bit narrower then the spec. I talked with a Rep at the Cabelas store on line and he recommended going with the 19 ft 6 in model for a 20 ft boat."

"The cover is good and works very well, but it is designed to be used as a cover for an inboard or outboard boat cover. My boat is an inboard. The cover has a cutout in the rear for the outboard engine cover to fit. This cutout leaves an opening for rain, snow, dirt, etc. to get blown in."

"This is really a good cover. Durable and easy to figure out. The straps are nice and easy to install and tighten down. It took my wife and I approximately 15 minutes from when we opened the box to where we strapped the cover down. I would definitely recommend this cover to any one. I'm glad I purchased this one."

"I was kind of nervous about ordering a product like this online but I measured my boat as well as possible, selected the size most appropriate and the cover fits great. I did as good a job as I could measuring my boat but the one of the choices of sizes to chose, althoug a bit bigger than my boat worked out just great.
I may have ranked this higher but have no idea how the cover will perform after bad weather. I have trailered the boat with the cover on with no problem at all."

"The boat cover was one foot too long for the boat and hangs over the stern 12". The cover could use an additional 6 inches of cover on each side of the boat. The quality of the cover is good."

"I have an '04 Bayliner open bow and this cover fits extremely well. The ratchet strap makes this thing fit very snug. Excellent idea!!! I would most certainly recommend this cover."

"the boat cover material is very tough and abrasion resistant. there are plenty of attached tie downs. i would recommend extra material over the wind shield moulding area to prevent corners of cover from damage when installing and removing cover."

"I've only owned a boat for a few months now and the boat cover I had before was total junk. I purchased the Cabela's ratchet boat cover and was immediately impressed. The strength of the material, quality of the snap buckles and the good fit. After purchasing this cover I went on an 800 mile trip with the boat cover in place the whole trip, didnt even budge. "I found this boat cover to be of good quality and easy to install.
However although it is not a custom fitted cover it seems a little large for the size range specified and should have tie down rings in order to use the supplied straps and/or bunges.
The order arrived quickly.
The rachet tight for the wrap around cord is great."
