Storm has combined the durability of an internal lead head and wire frame with the feel and action of a soft plastic. And, the addition of an air bladder to the body of the Suspending WildEye Swim Bait enables the lure to suspend right in their face when it comes to a stop. The feel of the salt-impregnated plastic makes them hang on just long enough to set the top-mounted single hook or lower treble hook. Internal rattle chamber and holographic foil. Per 2. Sizes: 4", 5", 6". Colors:(369)Moss Back, (401)Pilchard, (376)Silver Ghost.

Storm Saltwater Suspending Wildeye® Swim Shad,October 30, 2007
By NJFisherman
"I use this bait in Saltwater fishing for Stripers. I throw it into the rock piles along the southern coast of New Jersey. I have found it to be the best artificial lure for this application. The Pilchard color has been the best but all the other colors have also produced. The bait is absolutely real looking in the water and the Stripers must think the same thing. I have every color and they are a permanent part of my Striper lure arsenal."

Good bait,July 10, 2007
By Pikebusterfrom Canada
"From dead slow to howling fast this bait can handle it. Last week te fish were really negative, this bait pulled past them really fast triggerd them perfectly. Surprizingly durable for a soft plasitc bait. The top hook is more in the way than not but as the fish get bigger it does come into play. One thing I did to improve the lure was to attach a small blade to the split ring holding the triple hook the extra flash seemed to give the fish somthing more to key in on and my hit to hookup rate went way up. Mind you the pike would just hammer this bait."

Somebody should have told us!!,December 14, 2006
By Hooterfrom Montana,Texas Gulf
"Just now looking through the catalog I discovered this is supposed to be a "saltwater" bait. We took a friend on his first fishing trip in Montana and he picked up some of these up at a local sporting goods store. We showed him a good spot and he tied on and went to casting. We were throwing our usual aray of spoons with no success. Pretty soon we have had to help him land couple of nice size northerns. Off come the spoons and we all ended up with these Swim Shad tied on. We caught more than we could pack out. We went back the next day and did it again! Fishing became so much fun we went back almost every day. After a week or so the the shad became so scredded they were unrecognizable and unuseable, but we had caught fish every time we had gone out. We went in and bought every last pack left in the store. Three weeks or so later, we had used up every Swim Shad we could get our hands on. To top it all off my fishing pardner had caught the biggest fish he had ever seen! From that day to this we have never been able to find this particular model again: shame on me for not looking in the right place. Mid summer to freeze-up you would be hard pressed to find a better lure."
