"Superb leader material - fishing Brenig Lake in North Wales (UK) and had a double hook up with 2 x 2lb plus rainbows, one on the middle dropper and the second on the point on 6.6lb Frog Hair. Netted the first as normal and then proceeded to play the second using the net as a Rod, Frog Hair stood up to this exceptional test and I landed both fish. Exceptional strength, Highly recommended"

Best steelhead tippet,November 20, 2006

"The past four years I have been addicted to fly fishing for steelhead in Ohio's and Pennsylvania's Lake Erie Tributaries. These big fish range in size from three to 12 pounds and often battle for five minutes or more before they can be landed. I use a 2X, 3X or 4X tippet depending upon water conditions and the size of the flies I am using. I had been landing fewer than 30% of fish that I hooked up with until a local guide suggested that I switch to Frog Hair Fluorocarbon Tippet. My landing rate nearly doubled to 55% once I switched to Frog Hair. There is no question in my mind that this product is better than the three or four other brands of tippet I was using. The fish I lose now are throwing the hook or wrapping me up on rocks or logs; rarely do they break the Frog Hair Fluorocarbon!"
