Great on selective Trout,

"My wife and I fished the South Platte in Colorado recently. The fish are noted for being difficult and the use of fine tippets and small flies is mandatory. The Frog Hair Flourocarbon helped us fool a large number of fish on the trip and we saw ourselves catching and releasing fish on the river when others were not doing as well using the same patterns we were. I attribute that to the Fluorocarbon! This is great tippet materail that knots easily and the 6x tippets we were using held up well against the fish in 11 mile Canyon of the Platte."

"Product is excellent. Virtually invisible underwater.. Great for gin clear, low flow conditions we all have to deal with on our favorite steelhead streams. Price is a bit high, but when you hook into a slob- you'll be thankful."

"I recently used my Frog Hair in the Fly Fishing National Championships Midwest Qualifier with no problems, knot strength was great, nick and abrasion resistance was much improved over my old tippet material. No fish lost due to tippet/leader failure. Placed in the top 10 (5th) and now I am taking my Frog Hair to the National Championships in Boulder, Colorado this October. Cabela's service was great, I place my order 7 days before the competition and it arrived in 4 days standard shipping. Online ordering was simple."

How to catch a lot of trout.,

"This stuff works like nothing else. I catch trout all the time with this line. I loose a lot of the big ones when I use the 4.4 lb test but I catch more also. I can get my limit in under 2 hours almost 8 out of 10 times! PowerBall bait (yellow) with a #14 treble hook and this line (2 feet in lenght) with a ball bearing swival tied to your reel line is all you need. Good luck and happy fishing."
