"Phenomenal power and foot pedal response, virtually no torque with the pull/pull control. Pulls my Bass boat over 3.5 mph(gps) in the wind. Holding windy points is no issue. Motor is 100% silent. Unfortunately, when using @ 1/2 power there is noise coming from the bracket immediately after the momentary switch is released. It's a metal on metal sound. Have pinpointed where the sound is from to one of the bracket pins. Will try to "fashion" some kind of bushing sleeve over the pin. At the least an annoyance, at the most , perhaps fish spooking."
