Gulp 6" Nightcrawlers,June 16, 2009
By Codftatherfrom I live in Bremerton, Washington
"I pinched off pieces of the worms, and put them on a wedding ring, the trout went nuts, they'd kept hitting the worm piece, even after 1-1/2 hours. The nightcrawler piece stayed in place on the hook, and stayed soft for the 1-1/2 hours I trolled it around the lake."

Berkley Gulp! 6" Nightcrawlers in jar,May 20, 2008
By GEORGE3555from Ridgefield, CT
"Worms are so curled up in the jar that straightening them out for typical worm presentation is impossible. I cut them into three small pieces and they worked good on bluegills."

Gulp Nightcrawlers,August 6, 2007
By WWW1from Red Bluff, California
"The Berkly Gulp nightcrawlers were used trolling for trout in a freshwater lake. In a comparison using live nightcrawlers on one of the lines being trolled, the Berkley Gulp nightcrawlers caught 5 fish and the live nightcrawler caught 1 fish. The Gulp bait was very easy to handle and exceeded all my expectations on its success."

Awesome Stuff!,June 4, 2007
By Anonymousfrom Land of 10,000 Lakes - Minnesota
"I've seen this around and always passed it by, preferring to stick with live bait. Finally, curiosity got the better of me and I decided I would give it try. I took it out on a medium sized lake near me that is well known to be a finicky largemouth bass hole. After about an hour of little to no interest from lures and live bait I rigged a Gulp 6" Nightcrawler. Bam! On the second cast! A nice 2 pounder. Ok, maybe this was a fluke. I re-rigged. Try again. BAM! A very large and very angry bass. Nearly 5 pounds (and one of my personal best!) I can't wait to see what this stuff does with Walleyes!"

By TJinFrederickfrom Maryland
"I used these for the first time on opening day in MD. The trout hit these when they were ignoring everything else. I fished it rigged like a plastic worm, used about 1 1/2 inch long piece."

Not for Fishing - For Catching!,February 13, 2007
By Throwbacksnapperfrom Gainesville, GA
"Last summer a friend and I went trout fishing in North Georgia. As usual - we caught our limit quick on power bait(Orange, Chartruse, and Nymph) then began culling. We both put on 2inch or so pieces of brown gulp worm. We were doing this to pass time till dark. BAM! we started catching bigger trout, and some trout that had been there for a while. They had nicely formed front fins, which means they had not been stocked lately, or even possibly that spring at all! a. Would I recomend Gulp worms to a friend ? - OH YEA, only after I caught my limit first! b. Am I gonna use Gulp in 2007? I'm lazy. I like catching my limit in 30 minuites or less. I'm armed with the Gulp trout worms this year! c. Gulp and Power Bait is sooo good, I some times feel guilty for using it. Not for catching fish, but from the gazes of the other fishermen in the locality not using this bait. I catch my fish and move on. Their stairs make me feel like im doing something bad!"
