Seagur Flouro,worth every penny!,August 24, 2009
By brownwormfrom Boston,Ma
"Well
This line was recommended to me by a friend and is worth every penny! I have fished bass tournaments for the past 18+ years and recently over the past few really started drop shotting and doing more finesse type fishing and this line has helped immensely! Probably 1 of 3 top flouro lines on the market today at a great price!!"

Seaguar Fluorocarbon Line,August 3, 2009
By Mossback2351from Sunny California
"For the price, I should have bought some monofilament. The only advantage is the stuff is almost invisiable, in and out of the water."

As good as it gets so far,June 22, 2009
By wolfofmichiganfrom White Lake, Michigan
"This is definately "premium" fluorocarbon line although no fluoro will handle like a great copolymer line. I have a few rod/reel set ups rigged with 100% fluoro and the Seaguar performs the best although not much perceptable difference from the Berkley Trilene Fuoro. I would recomend using a line dressing like the KVD line & lure - it improves handling a great deal. The other cautions; on spinning gear you are best advised to stay below 8lb test on any reel in the 4000 size range and below. If you have a reel on which you can adjust the line lay, adjust so more line lays near the front (lip) of the spool. This helps prevent tangles greatly. It gets a 5 star since it is the best on the market right now."

"seaguar makes the best fluorocarbon line/leader material out there. it's not cheap in price BECAUSE, it's not cheap in quality. use the palomar knot and hold on. no superglue required, just lots of spit."

Best in Fluorocarbon,January 15, 2008
By fishnislivnfrom Marysville, Washington
"I have tied a few leaders and found it easy to use. I have yet to really test it here in the NW, but those who know, such as guides, have recommended this brand of fluorocarbon over competitors and I trust that it will deliver as promised. I love these reviews; they save time and money when shopping for quality products. Isn't that what we all want afterall?"

Great performance,September 10, 2007
By CTBassDavefrom Connecticut
"Very strong and always consistent. Seaguar is the standard for all others to measure up to. Thinner line than mono. Seaquar is soft so you do not get tangles usually associated with some of the other brands of Fluorocarbon Line. This line is great, and I highly recommend it."

Seaguar rocks,May 30, 2007
By Boondockerfrom Bourbonnais, IL
"I have been using Seaguar fluorocarbon leader line for several years. Quantifying the results by fish caught is impossible however. This line is not designed to be used as a main line. I will say that this is a well made leader line. It is invisible, tough, and strong. Not being a limp line it works extremely well with spoons, lures. Being stiff it allows full action of the lure or spoon. Your knot of choice will work fine.....just make sure you draw up the knot on the larger diameter's. If you use a braid or similar opaque line that can be seen in the water then a short 2 or 3' leader tied to the end of your main line should result in more bites. Any knot that is used to tie two lines together will work fine, just make sure that the leader is short enough so that the knot does not have to pass through your pole eyes, this is especially true if the rig has to be cast. I also use this line in 12# test to make up all of my Walleye NCH leaders; again for the reasons of strength and invisibility. Good luck; tight lines; and a following sea."
