"These were by far the most uncomfortable seats i have ever sat in, i received these seats yesterday and installed one in my boat to test... i sat in it for less than 5 min and was uncomfortable, even though the seat looks well constructed it has litterly zero cushion, and is not made for a person of any size, im 6'4, 250 lbs, and the backs was not nearly tall enough, the seat tends to lean forward... if you do a lot of fishing while sitting these are not the seats to buy, i would not recomend to anyone and would have given zero star if i could have, i sent all of them back...."

"I decided to go with these over many of the cheaper ones mainly because of the plastic hinges. On my old seats the hinges were metal and were quite flimsy. I like to lean back on my seats and the little metal hinges could barely support that kind of pressure.
I also liked these because the backs are very sturdy and firm. The cheaper seats have a 3/4 inch plywood back support. My seats back supports were whooped. These seats feel awesome, look awesome, and will last a long time.
Spend the extra money and get these. It's really worth it."

"I installed this seat on my Dave Scadden Northwest Express pontoon last week, and did an 11 mile float last weekend. The seat is very comfortable to row from, it also offers great back support. I am considering changing my other seat to the same model. Have not tried out the all weather feature as yet. DW"

"well i replaced the seats in my old panfisher with a pair of the all weather seats and so far so good. im a big man of 250 lbs. so i was concerned about the padding, but after my first trip out i soon forgot about it and was more concerned with my fishing. the real test will be when i take my brother fishing as he tips the scales at over 350. one thing though when you mount the seats on the pedastals check for screw length as several of the screws were to long so i had to make a run to the hardware store so the screws were not sticking in to the foam."
