"I mounted it on my Trailer that hauls my 17' Lund. With 2 trolling batteries mounted up front, the tongue weight is more than on most boat trailers. The double wheel model is really "beefy". Also, it doesn't sink into the grass when it's parked."

"This jack was very easy to install, (Like, 10 minutes and I was done) and is pretty nice. The only thing missing is possibly a fitting to grease it, which is not really all that necessary. Exactly what I wanted, a jack that I could mount on either side of the trailer (I hate having to step over to the other side to crank the wheel up or down... I like having it on the drivers side...) It seems very sturdy, and I can jack my boat up high enough that the bilge will drain in the winter when I have it parked with the plug out. (The cover only seems to reduce the amount of water that gets in the bilge, not eliminate it) The dual wheels are nice, because the storage yard where I park it is not really nicely paved, and the dual wheels roll quite a bit easier. (They don't sink in the soft spots as bad as the old jack) I installed it, and cranked the front end of my 21 foot Bayliner up in the air, and then rolled the boat back and forth to get it exactly in the middle of the spot... Nice to have some peace of mind that the jack won't collapse!"

"Product did not meet my expectations. It certainly is better then my prior tongue jack wheel, but like the old one, it does not move easily when changing directions. When wheel is facing direction of movement, it is fine, but when you try to change directions, it bogs down and requires a bit of extra pushing and kicking to get it on track.
Knowing what I now know, I would have opted for a cheaper model."

"This product has made hitching and unhitching my boat so much easier than it had been with the original sinlge wheel light duty jack that came with the boat. This one jacks up effortlessly with a minimum of arm and shoulder effort which is good when trying to simplify the hiching process. (Especially with arthriis in my shoulder due to aging joints!)
The other great feature is the dual wheel support. This makes it much easier to achieve exact alignment since it can move multidirectionally in loose sand and dirt rather than get bogged down like the single wheel models. Dual wheels make it much easier to maneuver by hand to get it closer to the the truck hitch.
Overall, these two features have made a profound difference in the amount of effort required by me to hitch and to unhitch my boat from my truck. Since my boat is quite heavy with a high tongue weight, these improvements have helped me a lot.
It's worth every cent I paid for it since I do the hitching myself with this heavy 3500 pund boat.
I should have bought this product years ago!"
