"We now have two of these rear bags. We have no complaints and have used these for a lot of different things. The one thing that needs to be remembered is that they are not waterproof. This is not a problem if one pays attention to the weather! All in all, a great bag! Your dog will probably enjoy the comfort after a long day on the trail also!"

Good bag for the money,

"I purchased the Mad Dog Rear Rack utility bag in early summer but refrained from righting a review until I had put it to some use. I had read that they were not water repellant so I sprayed it with two coats of water shield before mounting it on the quad. It seems to shed water fine when hosing it down after a dusty ride. The bags hold an adequate amount of supplies and are pretty much dust proof which is a real plus. I know this isn’t supposed to be a seat for a second passenger but it works just fine for the wife and grandkids and appears to be well constructed. I hope this helps."

"if you ride in a wet environment, then this bag is not for you. nice bag for the price, but it floods inside when the outside is a drizzle. forget hitting those mudholes unless you want one in your bag."

"It is what it is! I bought it for riding 2up. It does not make it a touring atv. But there is nice storage, zippers are good, the p pad is good. I don't Know what the hard sided ones are like, but for the money this is very good."

"Real nice pack, fits my Suzuki Kingquad 400 perfect, paded seat is nice. The pack is not water proof in heavy rain, but dose well in light rain. Overall an excellent pack for the price, you wont be disappointed."
