Devastating results close range!!,

"Due to the so called ammo shortage , inflation, and almost impossible to come across in the local retail stores, I decided to find more reasonable means to hunt deer in the south Georgia swamps. Most of the areas that I hunt ,about 50 yards is the average shot,so I decided to try the Winchester Rifled Slugs in an 870 Super Mag Smoothbore barrel,and improved choke. These slugs outperformed all the other major brands by a long shot! I have already taken 3 deer using this combination,all 3 deer never knew what hit them, Im talking leveled dead in their tracks!!! Thanks Cabelas and Winchester for super fine products!!"

"These shells outperformed, 5 other brand of shells including rem sluggers, fed truballs, and win super x hp's, in my 18" riot gun barrel. i was able to achieve 3 1/2 inch, 4 shot groups at 50 yards with a true cylinder barrel, this was better accuracy than expected and i was pleasantly surprised with their performance. sighted in at 65 yards puts these slugs only around 3" low at 100 and grouped well out to 120 yard, and they have enough ft pounds of energy (around 900) to easily penetrate deer sized game at 120 yards. Give these shells a try!!!"

Great slugs,

"I like these through my 870 w/ no choke. They get the job done and the price is great for the quality. They kick pretty good but what slugs don't. I am using these this year at the deer lease. There are several houses on the place so I feel alot better shooting these through my shotgun than a longer range cartridge through a rifle."

Great Slug,

"I bought these as cheap target loads for my 11-87 with a rifled barrel. At 50 yeards they cloverleafed. Never bothered with the fancy and much more expensive sabot loads after that. An oh yes, I took deer out to 100 yards with them."

"Great product for the price. if you need a good slug for whatever. home protection. hunting. they took out a tree stump. it was coming right for me!!! we found one of the slugs in the tree stump. the spread was huge. fired just fine out of 590 moss."

"I have tried EVERY slug that is commercially available in my Mossburg Trophy Slugster. This is by far the best shooting slug in my gun. The rifled barrel does not hinder the performance of this rifled slug. I can hold 3" groups at 100 yards and know that my long shot is at 175 yards max. Not bad for about the least expensive ammo on the market.
This ammo puts 'em down quick fast and in a hurry too. No long blood tracking into the night with this chunk of lead in action.
Like I said, I've tried them all. I'm not ashamed to say that the cheap stuff is the best in my gun."

"I have used these slugs in my Remington 870 rifled barrel with stock deer sights for the last 7 years always done the job. up to 100 yards my pattern is the size of a 6 inch circle. not bad does the job anything within 50 yards one good shot folds them!!!!!"

"I AM A HUGE REM. FAN, AND HAVE ALWAYS LOVED REM PRODUCTS. I HAVE TO SAY THESE SUPER X SLUGS CRUSH ANY RIFLED SLUGS I HAVE EVER USED ( REM. INCLUDED) I TRIED EVERY DIFFERENT SLUG I COULD FIND TO MAKE A CHOICE, AND THESE SLUGS ARE THE MOST ACCURATE I HAVE EVER USED. THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU CAN GET THEM JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE. I SHOOT THEM THROUGH A 2 3/4 1100 SMOOTHBORE, 28 INCH VENTRIB AND I GET CONSISTENT 2" GROUPS AT 100-125 YARDS ALL DAY LONG. TRY THEM OUT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. EXPENSIVE IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST."

"I tried four manufacturers' products. This is the best and a great value. Perfect for those big Michigan whitetails and bear. Tremendous stopping power. My open sight, smoothbore Ithaca 37 shoots these into 3" at 50 yards. Remington slugs, which have been undersized in the past, sprayed inconsistent 5"-7" groups. Expect 3"-4" groups at 100 yds with a scope and rifling."

"Bought these for sighting in my Mossberg 500. The guy there told me that these are ineffective and recomended some Remington Slugsters. A buck later with these and there is no reason to pay 26 dollars for 5 saboted slugs. These work very well and are very accurate."

"I have hunted Deer with these slugs since 2003. They shoot well from my 870 Express Super Magnum, especially at ranges greater than 75 yards. I harvested an 8 pointer in 2006 with 1 shot at 85 yards. These slugs have serious knock down power and I highly recommend them for the Deer woods."

"I've used these for the past several years out of my 870 wingmaster smooth bore. the 2 3/4" 1 oz. slugs performed best out of this gun for me, tested a bunch of others but this one I was able to clover-leaf 3 shots at 50 yds open sights (no b.s.) Have taken 4 deer with them, all w/in 30 yards, first one went about 20 yds, second went 10 yds, dropped the next two w/in 10 minutes of each other (had 2 tags) and they both went less than 20 yards. Devastating heart shots. Definitely recommend"
